Check in was easy and Kevin very polite. Delay for our room to be ready but wasn't a problem. Staff were all lovely. Room was lovely although just had view over wasteground. Nice big balcony. Room and hotel kept very clean. Bathroom great with very good provided toiletries, complimentary bottled water and mosquito plug (you'll need it!). Helpfully provide you with a beach bag to use for your stay and flip flops. Unfortunately, many families with babies and woken frequently in the night by screaming children. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, rooftop bar great for a sundowner. Drinks pretty expensive though. Pool area was challenging. Very few sunbeds round the pool, some horrible metal ones on a terrace at the end and a few above the pool bar but the astroturf melted your feet! Bagging of sunbeds all over by 7am- incredibly irritating that on more than one occasion people bagged their sunbed at dawn but then didn't even appear again until after 3pm- 8 hours of it not being used. No effort from the hotel to remove people's belongings despite asking. Most of the pool sunbeds left vacant with towels on them all day. Lots of families with very small babies staying here, not ideal if you want a relaxing break. Plenty of bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk but Karon Beach very, very busy! Would I come back? Probably not.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in early March this year and our stay was just incredible. The hotel is beautiful and the location is just perfect - you will be on the beach in just 3 minutes. Breakfasts were great, a great selection of food! Don’t miss an opportunity to dine at the Chard Grill - food was exceptional! Staff at the hotel are lovely and helpful. Kirill was extremely kind and helped us with any questions we had. He always was so friendly! If you think of staying at this hotel, don’t think and get it booked straight away. You will not regret!

Very nice and cosy hotel with all the amenities and perfect location - 2 minutes to the beach. Rooms are comfy, well equipped, complementary coffee, tea, water, flip-flops and a very nice bag for towels for the beach. Breakfast was opulent - everything you can imagine, Thai quisine, fresh from different fruits, smoothies, fruits etc. You can sit in the outside restaurants directly in the water of the pool. A rooftop bar where you can enjoy signature cocktails while watching the sunset over Andaman sea. There are lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel. But the most amazing thing is the staff. We had an accident, my wife broke her leg before that and the staff was so helpful, empathic and supportive - especially Sid. He found a wheelchair for her, arranged visit to the hospital, taxi, late checkout and everything we needed during our stay. Thank you Sid! Choose this hotel and you won't regret it!

We loved the staff at the hotel as all were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great options and the bar pool area had lovely drinks. Our room was great however although I appreciate it was peak season the cost was a little excessive.
