You need more receptionist to assist the long queue. There is no day that I checked in that we have to wait to get our room. We are all exhausted from our flights and the next thing we need is a good rest and not to wait again for a long queue at the hotel reception. Thank you and hope it gets sorted

Newly renovated rooms are much more in line with what's expected of a Mercure hotel

Told I had no booking

Terrible, after a long flight I was told I had no booking. It was booked by my work. I was told thete wete no other rooms. When I said to the male person 'well I suppose there is no pint in me standing here any longer' he relented and found me a room that I had to pay for out of my own account. My booking agent looked into it and has told me their original booking and payment were there and I would be reimbursed onto my card.....still waiting!!! I'm scarred to stay here on my next FIFO contract.

I have never been one to complain but it was just awful. 1. The house keeping wasn’t don’t on Sunday 2. I woke up so itchy on Monday morning 3. A pipe started to repairs this terrible noise in my last night I have a video of it if you care to want it 4. Not once in the booking was it stated that the reception is not at the Novatel and you will have to walk a long way to get to you room on the dark 5. They couldn’t accommodate my request to move me to the novatel for my stay as they said they are different hotels. Which is hard to believe as the Mercure uses Novatel as a full time reception now so that’s incorrect by your staff. And it was Never mentioned when booking that Mercure is a long walk time to room and when I said can I be moved to novatel they said it’s separate hotels which is a bit contradictory 7. The phone didn’t work so when had to call reception I had to use my mobile and go through the long way with all the promos etc 8. I will give you 3 days to get back to me otherwise I will be putting a faking review against your hotel as I have stayed there many times but this was just poor. I wait your urgent reply
