Outdated furniture and fitting on level 3

Not enough staff to handle checking in around lunchtime flight arrivals, furniture on level 3 is outdated and has not had a face lift in many years. I have asked staff to put my accor all membership number on my booking for my last two stays and they are missing from my membership account

The room was great and the pool was amazing I’m just dissatisfied with the breakfast options for those with allergies. I thought with four stars that they would have certain measures in place for food allergies but I found myself sick after being told food was gluten free.
