I was given the room right infront of the lift, it was really small! Though the soundproof system was done quite well but I can still hear the sounds of lift escalating or descending. The rate varies each day and I don't think it is value for money. Location wise it's strategic and nearby the mall. My rate for cleanliness = 8/10. The coffee table has the stain which I clean it myself. Materials provided are sustainable type and I'm satisfied with it. Some like footwear will only be provided upon request. Honestly, I will not stay again in this hotel.

There were a few issues 1. Room was dusty and glassware not clean 2. Our friend had asked for a vegan meal at dinner when he booked the restaurant only two be told the only thing they could offer was a side salad 3. I am a platinum member and when I asked about late checkout they did not even ask my rom number - was a flat NO 4. Staff were friendly 5. Breakfast was good

I recently stayed at Hotel Morris and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself was nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, we encountered a major issue with the bathroom. When we went t. shower, the bathroom started t. flood because the water wasn't draining. Upon lifting the drain cover, we found it completely blocked by large clumps of hair. We reported t. t. the reception, and although they were visibly disgusted by the footage we showed them, their response was disappointing. They only offered us two free drink vouchers, which we already had as part of our booking. As an Accor member, I would have expected b. treatment and a more satisfactory resolution. I understand that these things can happen, and overall, the room was clean. However, the hotel's failure t. properly address the issue and provide satisfactory compensation means I would not recommend staying here, nor would I return. Ideally I should have gotten my money back, or at least some sort of benefit for t. disgusting ordeal. The amount of the hair in the drain was so built up, it had t. of not been cleaned in months. Which honestly is disgusting and makes me fear of the cleanliness of the whole hotel and standards of cleaning that are followed. Honestly horrified and will be telling everyone I know.

This hotel is in a fantastic location - easy walking to both Light Rail lines, and an easy walk to Pitt Street Mall. Hundreds of amazing restaurants right on the doorstep! The staff were amazing, helpful, and friendly. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are furnished beautifully and if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep after a day exploring Chinatown!
