This was a nice hotel with good facilities like the sauna and gym, both very useful during winter time. The staff were professional, friendly and managed a situation well. This situation was my booking error or only 1 guest, when in fact there were 2 of us; I had to make additional payment which is never a pleasant thing but the staff were professional in how they handled the situation and communicated with me. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Bishkek!

My return flight was late evening and i wasnt sure of what to do but Novotel allowed me late checkout. So i was able to rest comfortably in the room

An absurdly constant drilling noise for work done right above our room went on for over 2 hours in the afternoon. While we understand work needs to be done in a hotel, when you pay over $200 for a room and need to rest after a 12-hour flight, we expected to be able to relax. We will not return to this hotel.
