Had a pleasant Stay for 3 nights, rooms are clean and well maintained, i had a good experience during check-in and check-out, breakfast is delicious.

Unfortunately, construction could be heard during the day whilst trying to get some rest from long flight from Australia.

This was a nice hotel with good facilities like the sauna and gym, both very useful during winter time. The staff were professional, friendly and managed a situation well. This situation was my booking error or only 1 guest, when in fact there were 2 of us; I had to make additional payment which is never a pleasant thing but the staff were professional in how they handled the situation and communicated with me. I will definitely stay here again if I go back to Bishkek!
