Hello, when I arrived at the hotel, I checked into a room that smelled of smoke. I quickly realized I couldn’t stay there, so I called the reception to request a room change. I was relieved when my request was granted, and the hotel staff provided me with a different room.

We experienced a problem during checkin. We arrived at 11:40 a.m. and they told us that we should wait till 03:00 p.m. but if we pay half of our staying price including breakfast, room is ready. If we arrive at 07:00 a.m. , it is possible to pay that amount. Normally, around our arrival time which is 11:40 a.m. , if there is ready rooms, hotels provide us room, it is my first time in my life (i am expedia platinum member) hotel reception requests money from me.
