An absurdly constant drilling noise for work done right above our room went on for over 2 hours in the afternoon. While we understand work needs to be done in a hotel, when you pay over $200 for a room and need to rest after a 12-hour flight, we expected to be able to relax. We will not return to this hotel.

Although maintenance work is sometimes required to ensure the quality and safety of our facilities, it is our responsibility to manage it in a way that minimizes disruption for our guests. Great breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Staff very helpful. Islam at the front desk helped us tremendously when a tour we had signed up for on Viator didn’t show up. He contacted the company for us and got the tour back on - many thanks to him!
