Appreciate the recognition of status, and granting benefits accordingly. Staff were all polite and helpful, always available to help with baggage and directions. Upgraded room was great. Spacious and full of ameneties. A little bit of maintenance is required however. There's a section broken on tv console, the inner handle of shower screen door is loose and the door requires significant force to slide close and open.

This was my second stay at this hotel, this time for 11 nights. It's a very modern hotel with excellent service. All the staff try to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You simply feel very comfortable.

Suite was nice. Welcome gifts were great. We barely slept because the thermostat didn’t work in the bedroom and barely worked in the living room. It was too hot, especially at night.

I am very sorry to learn about the discomfort you experienced due to the room temperature and the malfunctioning thermostat. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused, especially as this impacted your sleep quality, which is of utmost importance to us. Allow me to explain that during your stay, Bishkek experienced an unexpected rise in temperature earlier than anticipated. As our hotel operates on a centralized system, it is unfortunately not technically possible to provide both heating and cooling at the same time. At that period, the system was still set to heating mode in line with our seasonal planning. However, this should not have compromised your comfort, and we regret that the alternative solutions provided were not sufficient. We are reviewing our seasonal transition procedures to better anticipate such sudden weather changes and avoid similar situations in the future. As a gesture of our sincere apologies, we have credited 5000 ALL Reward points to your account. While this does not undo your experience, I hope it reflects our commitment to making things right.
