Superb hotel experience. Clean facilities. Unforgettable experience in Sofitel Malaysia. I can mention one experience of good service from jayson the employee. Thank u for making my morning breakfast delightful. If you are a health conscious like me, a breakfast in Sofitel Damansara is to go for. They have various options of juices to choose for your morning detox & non oily meal to go for. I requested watermelon lime mix juices and Im glad they able to served what i wanted. Surely will come back again 👍

Disappointing Room Cleanliness and Noisy AC

I and my family recently stayed at Sofitel Damansara and unfortunately, my experience was not as good as my previous stay. The room was spacious and well-appointed, however it was not as clean as we had expected. This was disappointing, as cleanliness is a top priority for us when staying at hotels. In addition to the cleanliness issue, we also experienced a weird noise coming from the air conditioning unit at night, which made it difficult to sleep. Despite these issues, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the lack of cleanliness in the room was a significant drawback for us and impacted our overall experience at the hotel. While we may consider staying here again, we would hope that these issues could be addressed to ensure a better experience.

Staff is superb

All good, The staff is superb from concierge to reception, and also the Housekeeping subir and Teressa are really great. The pool attendant also helps us with Jacuzzi. They always come when I need them. I have an amazing trip at Sofitel and will come back next time.
