The hotel overall is pretty decent, I have no complaints in general except for two. 1. The housekeeping staff is ignorant. I called them 5 times, to come clean my room but to no avail. 2. You serve the same meal everyday for breakfast, when I asked the management they assured me that the menu will be different the next day, but sadly they lied and it was the same food again. Also you don't refill food that gets over at a buffet? Why were there no spring rolls refilled when they got over?

Glass cleaning at 7:00 AM! The cleaner wake me up and he was looking into the room removing any privacy! Very bad experience and I don’t understand how an hotel can allow glass cleaning early morning, they have full day to do that!!!

Nice hotel, spacious room @ good price and nice people! Didn’t know it was a dry hotel, but that’s ok. If your rooftop pool isn’t and hasn’t been open, don’t sell that feature on your website and on your room TV ! Say something . The pool was the #1 thing that sold me and I looked forward to relaxing for the one evening I had after arriving from US. Room service is a mystery… menu is on the TV, but waste of time to figure out! Paid for extended checkout, but housekeeping came three times trying to understand why I wasn’t out of the room at 12, 2, 4. Had to go down stairs again to make sure I wasn’t in trouble.
