The waiter/barman was very attentive, professional and very helpful with organising the correct channels for the rugby Nations Cup and the World Cup finals. My only regret is not getting his name for this review!

We had a good stay at the hotell. It was located a bit outside Brescia old town as espected. The breakfast was good and the counter staff was very friendly. We did not use the pool but on hot summer days this would be perfect. It was a nice playroom for small kids. The gym facilities was small and did not have much equipment. The hotel felt a bit old, and it did not look as new as the pictures. The was not as clean as espected.

Rooms are cosy, swimming pool was nice and the lifeguard was very professional and helpful with all our requests. Drinks at the bar with snacks served by the pool reasonably priced.

The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly I was given a different room than i actually booked and i asked them to change it so they explained to me that the hotel is fully booked and promised to changed it the next day which i understood, do next i was given n excutive room as an upgrade. The team at the reception are really nice. The room is very clean and well maintained. The location is 15 minutes walk from Brescia central train station which was excellent to visit verona 36 min , lake garda 13 min, lake iseo 30 min away by trenord which was cheap and clean train. The city center also ear by and easy access by bus or underground

I continually get disappointed with hotels that offer a swimming pool during the hot summer but close it well before even sunset . This pool closed at 8pm which and when you arrive at 7pm on a 35 degrees day is very disappointing. This hotel also had a gentleman there ( staff member) sitting at the pool area the whole time watching and telling everyone what to do which was also very uncomfortable.
