The staff gave me ambiguous and, at times, contradictory information, which made me feel uncomfortable. For example: I asked more than once if I would be charged if I brought a guest to my room for a visit lasting just a few minutes. I was told on different occasions that this type of visit would not be charged. So I went to the hotel with a guest for a brief visit to my room, when the front desk clerk informed me that there would be a fee for the visit. In addition to the considerable discomfort caused by the contradictory information provided by different members of the hotel staff, the clerk was rude in informing me of the fee in the presence of my guest.
