The hotel honored our reservation which was not a guarantee when COP16 was going on and hotel occupancy and room rates were extremely high. The daily breakfast was above average, although on some days they randomly made most of the dishes (like eggs) with meat which made it difficult for a vegetarian. The maids pay no attention to the do not disturb signs on the door. I left mine on but they cleaned the room anyway. Once I returned to my room to find the maid had cleaned the room left the door open, which is not great for security. Luckily, my valuables were in the safe anyway. They had also left a dirty rag in the room.

They sold my room the night I flew in and left me stranded. I had a reservation for over a month.

While I was on my layover flying to Colombia, I received an email saying that Ibis had canceled my reservation. I emailed back and tried to call but they didn't answer. When I arrived, they had sold my room and were full, so I was stranded at midnight without a hotel in the most dangerous city in Colombia.

at the reception desk the girls were kinda lost, they charged us before explaining us the difference between room rates, we were a bog group (6 adults and 3 kids), however we were too tired to wait and they did not do anything to fix it. At the bresakfast, there were no bread, no coffee, no butter, no juice, no jam... they start to refill it once we were leaving. At night we could hear music outside.

Well located to find restaurants at night. Rooms too small. No fridge, no water, no microwave in the room. No gym place.
