Gracias por compartir su experiencia. Nos alegra saber que pudo disfrutar de un check-in anticipado y de los beneficios de su estatus Gold. Lamentamos la confusión generada con el cargo aplicado al momento de su salida. Sin embargo, esto se debe a que de acuerdo a los beneficios de su membresia, debemos ofrecer una de las dos opciones ya sea en el check-in o en el check-out, por esta razon se genero dicho cobro, sin embargo, reconocemo y rveisaremos el proceso para evitar este tipo de confusiones y molestias en futuras estadancias.
