My experience was was nice whit the guest services bad my bed was bad on the level the head bed was lower the the on legs and A/C was no working !

Late arrival provided for a speedy registration. Staff is both welcoming and attentive across the hotel. Just 2 minor suggestions: First, the menu at the restaurant has spelling mistakes on the English translation...(one of the waiters shared that it came from Brazil).Second, on the busiest days...housekeeping staff needs better deployment. Multiple guess arrivals and departures created a burden to have rooms ready for both new and current guests.I don't think that it is acceptable for a current guest to have the room serviced at 3 pm in the afternoon.

First time staying at an Ibis hotel and it was was definitely one of the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed. Ibis hotel Granada was very convenient location and walking distance to nice restaurants and bars.

Had absolutely no problem with my booking, or payment. It was comfy and clean. I had trouble login on the wifi (it only allowed one device per bedroom and I stayed with my brother.
