First, the lady at the reception didn’t speak a bit of English. However she did find somebody willing and able to help. Since I always arrive in the evening I am typically settle at the bar and chill have a small talk with the bartender. This time I was discouraged from doing so and send to the restaurant. What a disaster! I ended up searching for the woman from the reception and bagged for help. Bottom line: service sucked! McDonald’s has better service at much lower prices. 2500 Rubel for one bottle of wine that came without a cooler and again poor service even after my cry for help. The only person who sincerely tried was the nice young lady from the reception but what can 1 person do in such a large hotel? Who is the director that hires this bunch of people? A director that is a cousin of the owner without long term training in hospitality? I have seen better places and I thought Ibis/Accor is an international chain with standards. My miss take. Btw. It was a lot better before corona

At my previous stay hotel took my passport and did not return it to me on my check out. I also forgot to ask. After some time (due to covid restrictions), when I could come back to pick it up, the hotel staff informed me that the they discarded my passport. Completely irresponsible, unprofessional and totally unacceptable behaviour! Do I recommend to stay in this hotel? Yes, if you do not mind your passport being thrown away! — Lors de mon dernier séjour, le personnel de l’hôtel a pris mon passeport. A mon check out ils me ne l’ont pas retourné. Moi aussi je l’ai oublié de demandé. Après un certain temps (a cause des restrictions covid), lorsque j’ai pu retrouvé à l’hôtel, le personnel de l’hôtel m’a informé qu’ils avaient jeté mon passeport. Complément irresponsable, manque de professionnalisme et totalement inacceptable! Est-ce que je recommande cette hôtel ? Oui, si vous êtes d’accord que l’on jette votre passeport! — Последний раз когда я останавливался в этом отеле, персонал отеля забрал мой паспорт. Когда я уезжала из отеля, они не отдали мой паспорт. Я тоже забыл спросил спросить. После некоторого время (из-за проблем с COVID) когда я вернулся в отель, отель меня известил о том что они выбросили мой паспорт. Я не знаю считается ли это нормально в России но в других странах такое отношение считается совершенно безответственным не профессиональным и совершенно неприемлемым!

Friendly Staff. Dirty room, dusty surfaces (desk, desk lamp) and esp in Covid times this is a dangerous negligence.

I was told that there was no need on vouchers or any special documents to confirm that I’m a relative of the Accor employee, but at the check-in desk I was asked to provide this voucher. Please make sure help center employees know this and don’t disinform your clients.

An overnight stay in between the flights. A free airport shuttle running every 30 min is a nice touch. We booked an executive style room listed to have a capacity for 4 people, and were very surprised to find only 3 sleeping places there. The front desk personnel was very kind with helping to book an additional room, however the overall situation with 3 beds in a 4-person room left us puzzled. We did not notice any specific reinforced cleaning program protocols in action as compared to other hotels we stayed during the pandemic 2020

For an Ibis of Accor it is not bad. Many people are doing it right. Good check-in and bar experience. Not bad facilities, although budget type.However, breakfast was "not so good". First time I saw scrambled eggs with a greenish shade. Only one piece of bread of only one variety. The staff said "we ran out". I wonder who manages breakfast there?Nice for people who come to Domodedovo for a night only and fly somewhere the next day. Close enough to have a good night sleep. No need to go all the way to Moscow.

I stayed in this hotel for the first time and I was very pleasently surprised. Everything was perfect. The bar was cosy, the room very clean and better quality than some better hotels in Moscow city. The price is very good and the transfer to the airport is punctual and efficient. I will come back for sure.
