I had a fantastic time with a work conference and especially the dedicated support from Aleks in the F&B department, so helpful and understanding, very professional lady. The restaurant was always stocked well and the coffee & donuts are perfect!

Bed is very comfortable and pillows are very soft. Bathroom is very nice and well kept, the shower is nice. The TV was very big which was surprising and the tea and coffee was nice in the room. Staff were very kind and helpful whenever there was a problem.

Tasmin was absolutely lovely, she greated us with a great big smile and I instantky felt welcomed. She catered to our every need given that I have children. The rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and had an array of food items in the buffet. All in all we have a wonderful stay. Please pass on my thanks for Tasmin for going over and beyond.
