I tried to submit a review earlier, where I mentioned the names of some particularly excellent staff. We’re staying for a couple of nights, and so far, it’s been a great experience. The hotel’s fixtures and fittings are pretty much standard fare - but it’s the staff who’ve been outstanding. From the receptionists to the guy working the bar, and especially the lovely folk who made breakfast a really friendly experience. I can’t recommend the hotel enough (it’s all about the people!)

Me and my wife just stayed for a couple of nights with our five-year-old son. We all had a fantastic time, made even better by the exceptional staff, very comfy privilege room, and the lovely and warm swimming pool. A special mention must go to the reception staff who are all very helpful, plus Keri and Anelin - they served us breakfast each morning and were truly exceptional - courteous, polite, very friendly - and nothing was too much trouble for them. They are a great advertisement for the hotel and are worthy of special praise. Thanks again for a great stay - will definitely come back and will recommend to others.

A comfortable room with great food! Aleksahdra is a fantastic member of staff, friendly and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her to make the day run smoothly. She even bought our training a hot chocolate when requested!! The in-house gym was a bonus.

I am a regular guest at Daventry … and my frequency of use is because I always have great service from the hotel, people are an organisation’s most important asset and the staff at Daventry are great, polite, professional, engaging, especially the front of house team, the welcome, check-in and check-out and customer care and support are always faultless, so keep doing what you do as you do it well, special shout out has to got Lena .. (hope spelling is correct) she is an excellent ambassador for you, friendly, extremely professional and a really engaging personality..

We held our work Christmas party here on Saturday night and I couldn't fault one thing! The hotel grounds, rooms, function room, food and the service pre-event and on the night were great. All of the staff went above and beyond, so many thanks and see you next year, if not sooner.
