J'étais là pour la troisième année de suite pour la F1 où je travaille...et je suis membre Accor. Je suis tombé sur un personnel très peu collaborant. J'ai gentiment demandé une toute petite table pour pouvoir travailler dans ma chambre. Impossible...parce que j'avais une chambre standard. J'ai donc fait ma documentation...sur la planche à repasser...!!. J'ai demandé pendant 4 jours un late check out pour pouvoir travailler le lundi jour de mon départ. Une non réponse jusqu'à lundi matin où l'on m'a accordé jusqu'à 16 heures moyennant 20 dollars par heure. Procédure peu efficace pour obtenir sa table au petit déjeuner, pour commander un taxi... Propreté très relative dans les couloirs... Bref je n'y retournerai plus. C'est dommage parce que l'hôtel est bien situé.

Check-in facile à faire avec les bornes automatiques. Présence très appréciée et utile d'un distributeur à eau gratuit dans l'hôtel. Chambre jolie, spacieuse, propre et fonctionnelle. Salle de bain propre et fonctionnelle (Manque quand même une brosse pour les WC). Personnel du restaurant très gentil et poli. Restauration de grande qualité. Service bagagerie présent. Hôtel en plein centre de Melbourne à proximité des stations de tram et pas loin de la gare routière du bus allant/venant de l'aéroport. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Très bon hôtel que j'apprécie pour séjourner le temps de quelques jours ou d'une nuit seulement à Melbourne. L'emplacement est en centre ville, bien placé et à 15 minutes à pied de la gare routière. Le personnel est professionnel. Les chambres sont propres, silencieuse, bien équipée et bien aménagée.
