11/10 for check in. Welcoming also straight to the point, gave just the info i needed, recognised platinum member. I didnt have to stand there waiting for someone to do something. Honestly every hotel needs to learn from Francesco ( I could have this spelling wrong). Room amazing, just the whole stay was perfect. I think I've changed a few other stays to stay again.
