The hotel is clean and in an ideal location for a base to explore. The only major issue was that someone entered our room whilst we were asleep because they were confused what room they were in and were given another key which let them in our room! The duty manager has apologised and offered a meal in the restaurant ( which we haven't taken up ). This should not happen under ANY circumstance security and safety should be paramount!

Stayed 3 nights, being a return visitor this time with my daughter, we were very happy with our room and the especially found the beds to be very comfortable. The location is also convenient to shopping and trams. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Room was smaller and had sink in the bedroom area. Missing hair conditioner and body lotion. Was clean and tidy but pretty basic.
