I had a truly wonderful stay at Ibis Melbourne Central. The front desk team was incredibly professional and efficient. Despite arriving much earlier than the standard check-in time, my room was already prepared. I was able to check in early thanks to my Accor membership benefits, which was a pleasant surprise. What impressed me most was that all membership perks were fully honored even with the early arrival; I found a lovely welcome drink and a personalized welcome letter waiting in my room. The proactive communication via WhatsApp was also a very thoughtful touch—it made me feel genuinely well-cared for throughout my stay. As a loyal Accor guest who stays at everything from Pullman to Ibis, I can confidently say this is one of the best Ibis hotels I’ve ever experienced in terms of service. Highly recommended!

I have stayed here many times and usually have a good experience. However, during this stay, the room was not as tidy as expected. The blanket had some stains, and the tissue box was empty.
