When we were checking in, we were promised to get the garden view rooms, but the receptionist probably didn't know the allocation of the rooms and gave us the rooms facing construction. at the end, with several communications with management we were given the garden facing rooms. But the overall impression was already low.

As a Platinum member, I had a truly exceptional stay. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and far exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud, who personally escorted us to our room, explained all the amenities, and took the time to show us the space himself — a gesture that made the experience feel genuinely personal. The stay was good and pocket friendly but the eating options are limited, no Asian and Indian restaurants were there. Also the kids pool was not very clean
