When we were checking in, we were promised to get the garden view rooms, but the receptionist probably didn't know the allocation of the rooms and gave us the rooms facing construction. at the end, with several communications with management we were given the garden facing rooms. But the overall impression was already low.

As a Platinum member, I had a truly exceptional stay. The hospitality was warm, thoughtful, and far exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Mr. Mahmoud, who personally escorted us to our room, explained all the amenities, and took the time to show us the space himself — a gesture that made the experience feel genuinely personal. Throughout our stay, he was always available for any of our needs, which made us feel incredibly well taken care of. The stay was good and pocket friendly but the eating options are limited, no Asian and Indian restaurants were there. Also the kids pool was not very clean

We celebrated my Mother's birthday at Pullman Al Marjan RAK, and it was absolutely perfect! 🎉 The whole team was wonderful, and a very special thank you goes to Saeed Mansour at the Front Office, who took such amazing care of us and arranged late check out was wonderful 💛 We came for a staycation and couldn’t have chosen a better place. The hotel is stunning, the atmosphere peaceful, and the service truly exceptional. Thank you to everyone for making this day unforgettable — we left feeling genuinely happy and grateful! 🌞
