Here my review stay on 30 March – 31 March 2025 with Eid Murabak Celebration Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences is a stylish, centrally located hotel ideal for solo travellers. Positioned right across from Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and within walking distance to key landmarks like the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang, the hotel offers both convenience and comfort in the heart of the city. 🛏️ Room Experience The room was spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the high floor offered a great city view. As a solo traveller, I appreciated the quiet ambiance and reliable in-room Wi-Fi for both work and relaxation. 🏊 Facilities & Amenities The rooftop pool and gym on the 10th floor were highlights—clean, well-maintained, and with a relaxing vibe. I also made use of the business lounge, which was quiet and comfortable. The location also made it easy to explore KL on foot or via Grab. 👤 Solo Traveller Insights For solo travellers, this hotel is a safe, convenient, and welcoming option. The front desk staff were polite and helpful during check-in and check-out. Concierge services were prompt and informative, which made navigating the area effortless. 📩 ALL Membership Points Issue One disappointment during my stay was the non-crediting of my ALL (Accor Live Limitless) points after checkout on March 31, 2025. Despite entering my membership details during booking and again at check-in, the points did not reflect in my account post-stay. I had to follow up twice via email after April 14, and only after these attempts did I receive a response. The issue was eventually resolved by Mr. Jacob Sung, Assistant Front Office Manager, who responded professionally and credited the points. While the resolution was appreciated, the lack of initial follow-up and delay in response was unexpected from a Pullman-standard property. ✅ Final Verdict Pullman KLCC is a great choice for solo travellers seeking comfort, amenities, and a prime location in Kuala Lumpur. However, ALL members may want to double-check loyalty point accrual post-checkout to avoid similar delays. Despite the hiccup, the overall stay was enjoyable and I would still consider returning in the future.

Excellent stay with great rooms and service esp at Exe Lounge. Was impressed that Lounge Mgr Theresa Teoh recognised me and addressed me on D2 when saw me in the Lounge. Good service and food at Lounge but when Evening Cocktail too bz, staff seems not able to cope. Sedap restaurant buffet breakfast was very good. Lobby reception always busy so don't expect speedy check in/out. Hotel location very good with link bridge to Pavilion.

I had a wonderful stay at Pullman KLCC. The service was excellent from start to finish. All the staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean and comfortable, and everything went smoothly during my stay. I truly have no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Pullman KLCC is always my 1st choice of staying when in KL. It is near to KLCC, Pavailion, and Bukit Bitan. You can travel out of the city easily bypassing the heavy traffic in Bukit Bitan Staffs are friendly and serve us well. Nice food and good ambient lounge.

My preferred hotel when in KL. As a many times returning guest I can't speak more highly about the service, facilities and location of this great property. Food and Beverage, pool, gym and spa facilities are all excellent. The Club Lounge is one of the best I've experienced. The staff make the difference here. Special thanks to Miss Chevi, Joon Lee, Kamal, Teressa and the club lounge staff who looked after me so well. It's so enjoyable to return and I wouldn't want to stay anyway else when in KL.
