الشقه كانت متهالكه ومراتب السرى كانت قديمه وطلبت تغيير الغرفه لأنه حجزت بإطلالة على البرجين ولكن لم اجد تجاوب وايضا لا يوجد ماء للشرب وعند الطلب يفيدوني بالطلب من المطعم بفلوس اول مره اسكن بفندق بهذا الوضع وانا سكنت فيه لما كان تابع لفندق برنس وايضا تعامل مسؤولي الفندق غير جيد

We are truly sorry for the condition of the apartment you were assigned and for the inconvenience you faced when requesting a change. Please allow us to clarify that our apartments do not offer views of the Twin Towers, as they are fully blocked by surrounding skyscrapers. We will endeavour to assign you with a city view for your future visit with us. Regarding drinking water, while the apartments are equipped with filtered water, your request for bottled water was handled by our housekeeping team. We are glad that the team provided it, but we apologise if this was not done in a courteous manner from the start. We also regret that the service you received fell short of the standards we aim to deliver. Your feedback about the need for more experienced and empowered team members has been shared with the relevant departments for immediate review. رائحة دخان السجاير مااستطعت النوم من الرائحه ولاتوجد نظافه ولايطابق الصور نهائيا ولايوجد قوارير للماء والافطار لايوجد اصناف وليس جيد وطلبت ضيافه وقت الحجز ولم يعمل بها وعلى ذالك السعر مبالغ فيه وليس على قدر الخدمه

We also apologise for the absence of the complimentary refreshments you had requested during booking and for the disappointment with the breakfast variety.
