A Special Thanks for a Truly Memorable Stay at Pullman KLCC

/start I reserved a room at Pullman KLCC for four nights during our trip to Kuala Lumpur to celebrate my wife's birthday and our second wedding anniversary. Before the trip, on the night of November 8th, as I relaxed at home, I had the idea to surprise my wife. Even though it was late, I decided to email the hotel to request something special. I didn’t have high expectations given the short notice. To my surprise, I received a reply from Aqilah and Jessie. They explained that decorations required at least two days' notice, so they wouldn’t be able to arrange that. However, they offered to prepare a cake for us. That gesture alone was already more than enough, and I deeply appreciated their thoughtfulness. Fast forward to our arrival. During check-in, a lovely lady at the front desk noticed it was my wife's birthday and warmly congratulated her. Their attention to detail made us feel genuinely special from the moment we arrived. When we entered our room, I was expecting to find the cake, but to my delight—and my wife’s surprise—there was a beautifully arranged decoration! I was genuinely impressed by their effort to accommodate this request on such short notice. While our stay was highly enjoyable, there were a few minor inconveniences in the room: - The fridge was not functional. - The Bluetooth speaker didn’t work. - The bathroom scale was missing. These issues, however, were resolved efficiently. I mentioned them to the reception before heading out to Pavilion Mall, and by the time we returned, everything had been addressed. Their quick response truly showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The breakfast at Pullman KLCC was fantastic, offering a wide variety of international options. The yogurt ice cream was a standout—absolutely delicious, and I find myself missing it even as I write this review. However, I did notice the absence of a couple of breakfast options that were available during my previous stay in 2019, such as fried rice and fried bihun. As an Indonesian, these are breakfast staples for us, so I missed having them on the menu. That said, the overall breakfast experience was still delightful and satisfying. The shower, however, deserves special mention. It was exceptional—so much so that I found myself showering more often than usual simply because it was so relaxing and rejuvenating. Throughout our four-night stay, the level of service, attentiveness and dedication from the Pullman KLCC team significantly enhanced our experience in Kuala Lumpur. I want to especially acknowledge and extend a special thanks to Ms. Devi from Guest Experience, whose exceptional care and attention to detail made a lasting impression. She not only arranged the surprise decorations and complimentary cake but also assisted us with various requests during our stay, such as assisted me when I left it in the room and printing a document I needed. Her professionalism, dedication and attention to even the smallest requests went above and beyond and remarkable. This review is a heartfelt expression of gratitude to Ms. Devi and the entire Pullman KLCC team. Their efforts and commitment to excellence turned our celebration into a truly unforgettable experience. Once again, thank you for making our stay so special. /end

Great stay with quality and comfort at good price and opposite Pavilion Mall.

My 1st stay in KL in this Pullman. It took us by surprise overall on hotel environment, facilities, club lounge and room. Staff are all very friendly especially Club Lounge staff. Special mention on Ms Theressa who is very professional and attentive. The only setback on this stay is the ac in my Room 2806 super cold even adjusted to 27°c and fan 1. Another neg was my mom visited L1 Sedap cafe for breakfast but was rejected entry despite I am Platinum member. Staff refused her entry infront of big crowd and told her to check with reception. It was an embarrassing moment for my mom. So she went back to L4 Club Lounge and the duty staff brought my mom down to L1 and my mom could enter the cafe. Cafe staff claimed that the record wasn't showing my room has breakfast and seems no knowledge about Platinum benefit.

Perfect Location in KL

The location is perfect, just across from Pavilion Shopping Mall. Stayed at Premium Grand Room which has an outstanding view. Very recommendable. Nice bathroom. Spacious. Room cleaning sub standard. Don't care much, even with big tip. Be careful when you book if you care about view to avoid disappointments. Parts of the pool area are under renovation. No sauna. Check in and check out can take a long time and front desk staff has no charm. Concierge service is great and caring. Breakfast price often cheaper when booked at the hotel than from Agoda website. Would happily come back.

Good food venues inside the hotel. Closest shopping mall is Pavillion. There is no directly connected bridge to the mall but walkable crossing a road. Front desk and executive lounge staff offers good service. House keeping staff provides prompt service. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
