Selamat tengah-hari dari London Thank you very much team for the amazing welcome, friendliness and Malaysian hospitality. Flying Malaysia Airlines (with an amazing service) and staying at Mercure Shaw Parade, this was a treat for me. I enjoyed the 9 nights there on the 15th floor. The food from breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the Malaysian food. The team at the reception are very helpful. The cleaner working on 15th floor, he is very kind, friendly and helpful. Those gentlemen at the pool are very kind as well. Looking forward to my next trip in October, every 6 months to enjoy a proper relaxed holiday without stress and enjoying the Malaysian hospitality which is known around the world. Looking forward to my next trip in October 2024 (every 6 months). Jumpa lagi.

I recommend you to stay at Mercure KLSP, cuz its nearby Bukit Bintang, Alor Night Market, new shopping mall “Lalaport”, many local restaurant and likewise easy access to everywhere cuz nearby Imbi Monorail station.. . About the room, its perfect! With bathtub 🫶🏻 . Food is the best!!! 10/10 u can’t find better than this 🥰 Thank you so much Mercure KLSP and especially to Steffany Boak ✨🥰

Group Traveling to KL - Malaysia

We stay here for 3 nights 4 days and we are happy with the warm welcome from all the staffs. Room is clean and quite big. From the corridor we can see Twin Towers and KL Tower. Hotel location is near Berjaya Times Square and Bukit Bintang. Easy to get Grab as transportation. All the best for Mercure Kuala Lumpur Shaw Parade :-)

My stay at Mercure Shaw Parade KL in early March was outstanding. Initially booked for one night, I extended my stay for an additional two nights due to the superb service and amenities provided. Special thanks to Keith, the Duty Manager, for his exceptional hospitality. The spacious and comfortable room, stunning views from the 19th floor, and delightful rooftop pool with an accompanying bar made my stay truly memorable. The hotel's convenient location near shopping malls was a bonus, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, setting the perfect start to each day. I highly recommend Mercure Shaw Parade KL for a fantastic stay in Kuala Lumpur.

This was my first time coming to this hotel. The staffs are friendly especially for the housekeeping. The room is quite nice actually, but somehow it kinda noisy. I understand from the day I stayed here they had a maintenance and already told us about it. But for some reasons I also heard some noisiness even in the late of evening. Whenever the other guests close their room door you can easily heard it from your room. The breakfast is quite good and the food at the rooftop is nice. You must try their beef burger I highly recommend that
