This is a good to go to hotel, location, close in terms of walking to several large shopping halls, access to LRT and Monorail, which are exceedingly cheap to get around on. Atrip to Batu caves from here cost Myr 4.30. Our room was a good size, with views across the city, always clean and fresh every day, everything worked well. Breakfast was ok with varied choice. The hotel staff, well, friendly, helpful, just great, always pleasing to talk to, from security at the door to all the staff in housekeeping and the restaurant. We do recommend and would return.

Great location with shopping malls n good food within walking distance all around. Staffs n housekeeping are friendly n understanding n excellent. Rooms are spacious n clean 👍🏼 Definitely will stay again is i am back in KL Excellent experience

Friendly and helpful staff. Room very spacious. Ideal location – nearby to all the big shopping malls . Somesmall issues with the room - the fan in the toilet was very loud. The water did not flow quite well / fast while having shower. Overall, a very good experience.

this is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable and showers hot. What sets it above others is level of service. It was very special. Friendly and efficient and of a very high standard. Always willing to assist. Always with a smile. I have stayed in many of the Accor hotels at many different price points but this is the best service I have had.

Excelent stay. Compliments to management and staff.

I have stayed in around 60 hotels in Asia, of all star ratings,and have to say this was my best hotel experience! I stayed in a "privilege room" on the 16th floor that had magnificent views. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and, a large television with at least 8 entertainment channels in English. Very good if you are English speaking and want some 'down time' in your room. And, vary rare in most Asian hotels since Covid All staff, reception, house-keeping, security and F&B, were helpful and polite. The buffet breakfast is awesome. Big variety of food thar was changed daily. The pool area is also spotless but due to bad weather didn't get to enjoy a swim during my four night stay. Finally, hotel is surrounded by local shops and restaurants and a short walk to two different monorail stations and Times Square.
