I had a wonderful stay at Mercure KL. The breakfast buffet was excellent — great variety, delicious food, and beautifully presented. What truly stood out was the staff, especially the young team members at breakfast. They were professional, attentive, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Their positive energy made each morning a pleasure. The hotel itself is very clean, and the rooms are serviced thoroughly and to a high standard. A comfortable, well-run hotel with outstanding staff — highly recommended.

Clean rooms Friendly, helpful and attentive staff Booked 2 rooms for 9 days about a month in advance and requested they be side by side or across from each other. Was travelling with teen kids At check in our rooms were far apart Thanks to Amirul, Duty Manager, he was able to move us the next day. Only issue is poor water pressure throughout the stay even after we changed rooms. I’ve read other reviews that pointed this out so it’s definitely an ongoing issue no matter what time you use the shower. Overall comfortable stay. Good location. Nice property. Housekeeping staff deserve praise.

Good ambience. Nice view from our room. Love the Can drinks from mini bar. Drinho sparkling rose lychee best 👍🏽 Check in smooth. Will come again Tqsm.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major roads. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I was pleasantly upgraded to a better room during my 4-night stay. There was a small miscommunication regarding the room benefits, but the team resolved it quickly upon check-in. Kudos to the front office staff and the manager for their prompt and professional service. Breakfast was good, and the main dishes rotated daily. However, I found the overall food quality better during my previous stay in May, and there were more vegetarian options then. Despite that, this hotel remains one of my preferred choices, and I will definitely consider staying here again for my next business trip in early January 2026.

I used my accor hotels points to pay for a 3 night stay at the hotel. The hotel was a 10 minute walk to and from the main shopping centre's, very relaxing sleep each night, I would stay there again if I'm in kuala lumpur.
