The employee “Yahya” was very cooperative, respectful, and patient with us during breakfast. He was extremely helpful, and because of him, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Location is great. The rooms are clean and they do room service twice per day. The breakfast is very good (special thanks to Qashfil, Mifah, Alifah for their excellent service and hospitality).

One of the best hotel I've stayed. Service is 10/10. Everything is immaculately prepared. We were late for our breakfast and Yahya the attending staff accommodate us by bringjng us porridge and cakes. Very well served. Would not stay in another hotel in KL beside this hotel. Location is excellent, close to shopping
