Cozy & wonderful experience staycation

This is my second time staying here. The hotel room is cozy, and the receptionist, along with all the hotel staff, is very attentive. During my breakfast at Courtyard, the staff was extremely helpful. Whenever they saw our table was empty, they always offered something. The Assistant Outlet Manager, Mr. Edward Echabaria, was also very friendly and attentive; he came to our table and informed us about all the food available. Great service from everyone at this hotel—I will definitely come again!

Clean and comfy hotel, always our choice of hotel. Staffs are really attentive and helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Edward Echabaria for your attentive services when we had our breakfast at the restaurant. I feel welcomed! Definately will choose Pavilion Hotel again.

I would like to give special praise the the restaurant’s waitstaff Qash, Nina , Jas and Anita. Their service is excellent, and they are very friendly, provide me with an enjoyable breakfast. Compare to other hotels, the breakfast here has more options and tastes better . The environment is spacious and bright , with large and comfortable seating.

Convenient linked to shopping mall, eateries and upmarket designers. Check in lobby at 8th floor spa over at banyan tree hotel. Service is alight and prompt. Qash Nia service is good. Will consider to check in to this hotel if chance permits.

Impessive building in the busiest part of the capitol. Large rooms, good equipped, spacious lobby and breakfast area. But everything kept in dark decor, which I don’t like. The living area starts from 8th floor, down there is shopping mall, which slightly disorganizes the common life, although offers other dinning options. The breakfast was plentiful, service attentive. Prices rather high.
