We recently spent two nights at the Banyan Tree Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and we are very pleased with the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm and attentive. The front desk staff member who welcomed us during check-in was especially helpful and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. We also truly appreciated the beautiful room decorations and the complimentary services provided, which elevated our stay and made the experience even more special. A highlight of our stay was the birthday celebration breakfast at the Horizon Grill. The team went above and beyond to make the occasion not just memorable, but fun! We were surprised with a complimentary sparkling drink—poured fresh from a brand-new bottle in the morning—which added a delightful touch to the celebration. Special thanks to Hakim, Raynalin, Myna, Engku, and Faizah for their warm energy, attention to detail, and for making us feel celebrated from start to finish. We highly recommend Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur for anyone looking for excellent hospitality and a thoughtfully curated guest experience.

Myna was our server. Her smile and attentiveness made our family ‘s day. I really love how they celebrated my family member’s birthday. High class service overall. Teamwork of the workers are amazing, the atmosphere and the view is pretty. Food was also worth it. Definitely will come again.

Luxury and familiarity at the same time!

Very nice 5-star hotel in the heart of KL. Still friendly and professional at the some time. We felt always very welcomed and everyone did their outmost to make our stay memorable. Location is excellent, close to KLCC and Bukit Bintang. Rooms very spacious and comfortable, we had an outstanding view of the KL skyline. Breakfast was excellent, staaf always with a smile on their face. The gym is very small and the pool area is not very special however it is an outside pool with view of the skyline. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will come back. /Dr H and Ms Camilla
