موقع ممتاز قريب جدا من شارع العرب وجميع الخدمات والفندق نظيف وتسجيل الدخول كان سلس الموظفين ودودين و بشوشين و متعاونين اما بخصوص مطعم الفندق لم اجربه

التعامل سيئ جدا لا يوجد اسرة للاطفال او غطاء او سرير اضافي الاكل سيء جدا ولا يوجد اكل عالمي لا يوجد منفس للغرف وزوجتي اتعطلت في المصاعد وتم حل المشكلة خلال نص ساعة هذا يعتبر استهتار في الارواح ويوجد ٨ اشخاص داخل المصعد هذه المدة كاملة

Dear A., Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay at Novotel Kuala Lumpur City Centre. I regret to hear about your experience and apologise for any inconvenience caused during your visit. Regarding your concerns about extra beds and blankets, the hotel does have these items available upon request and applicable charges for the extra bed. However, during your stay, these amenities were fully taken due to high demand during the holiday season. I understand how important these are, especially when traveling with children, and will work on improving our stock levels to better accommodate our guests in the future. On your comment about no smoking rooms available, the hotel is a smoke-free hotel, but we do offer a dedicated smoking area outside the hotel for guests who require it. I apologise if this was not clearly communicated to you from my team during your stay. With regard to the elevator issue, I want to assure you that the safety and comfort of our guests are our priorities and such incident do not occur frequently to us. I have personally reviewed the situation with our engineering team together with our external technician after the incident. Immediate steps are being taken to ensure all elevators are thoroughly inspected to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I am also sorry to hear that the food did not meet your expectations and will share your feedback with the culinary team to review the variety and quality of our offerings. Once again, I am deeply sorry for the challenges you faced during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with the exceptional experience you deserve.
