Dear Alison, Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the central location and found the room comfortable and well equipped. However, we’re really sorry to hear about the heat in the room and the trouble with the aircon. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, and we’ll make sure clear instructions are available and check the unit to prevent this happening again. Apologies as well for the delay at arrival and the communication issue with the phone. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we’re reviewing our after-hours procedures to ensure easier contact in future.
