This hotel had everything I needed, plus some. I was impressed that even in a cold climate the window had been left open a crack to ventilate between guests. Selection of hot drinks and kitchen basics was a bonus as were the soaps and hand creams in the bathroom. The pillows were even better than my own at home and for a 2 night stay I wasn't expecting my room to be cleaned and serviced on the second day. I usually stay in hostels but this was definitely worth the spend. Well priced.

Just stayed here for 9 days on my own. 4th floor. Plenty of positives … absolutely fantastic room service (cleaners). Positives The servicing of my room was of the highest standard. Can’t fault it, in fact .. possibly better than a five star hotel. Comfortable bed and nice linen Good hair dryer Great water pressure in the shower Negatives Older decor and room was draughty however there is heating and a good fan so could combat that. Small bathroom Honestly, I’ll stay again and be happy too.

This is really the basic end of hotels. The rooms had the feel of a slightly decorated jail cell with concrete ceilings and plain walls. The layout of our room was also a bit odd with two rooms but both very small. At least it is in a good location, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were good.

I have only just started reviewing my travels and was hoping to be as positive as possible but its hard to do that for this stay. I know Ibis is not at the top of the Accor chain but this is more like a private room hostel. Not set up for my demographic of professional solo travel. I hate to say it but my room was dirty, like dirt that has built up over time . Sheets and linen was all clean but the mattress itself had a bit of a smell. Great for a group of people in their 20's with amenities that would suit them but definitely not a place for travelling professional.

Awful place, Black mould all around the cracked windows, lights didn't work in one of the bedrooms. To say it's tired is an understatement. At $200 per night, it's over priced by about $150... Will never stay here again!
