Our stay at Ibis was fantastic. I knew what I expected from Ibis and I found everything I expected. Service was great, a very nice lady helped us check-in. The room, especially the shower with moving shower head was very convenient. Location was superb.

The room was adequate. There were sufficient power sockets for recharging gadgets. A fan was provided which was useful as it was hot in the room and only one small window could be opened. The location is great. The Invercargill Central mall is right across the road, the Intercity bus stop is a 5 min just around the corner, and there are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby. I arrived early and was able to leave my bags at reception until my room was ready.
