I booked through my Accor membership for our stay. The property tried to charge me again even though I provided proof on my Accor app that my reservation was confirmed and paid and there was nothing to pay at the hotel. Now three weeks later they have taken further funds out of my account. I have now had to cancel my card and try and get the funds back despite me asking them to take it up with Accor. Never before have I experienced such shameful practices and this type of behaviour great jeopardises my trust in this brand.

The room I stayed in this time appeared to have been recently updated and it was good quality. The hotel itself is a little tired, and the often unmanned front desk makes it feel a little cheap

Stayed two days on business. Had a good room with small separate lounge, place was clean and tidy and had good heating (it was very cold).

I found the shower room clean but layout difficult as the shower curtain didn’t fit therefore the floor by the toilet got very wet! The curtain on the window not quality enough and no lining therefore as they did not fit correctly light came in from street lights Lastly the drawers by the sink were too close to the room lock and therefore could not be opened enough. One of the windows was cracked and the frames was rusty and both need to be repaired properly

We will never stay there again.No shower door, cracked windows. Rip curtains. Dirty walls. Cost us $306.00 per night. Photos didn't match what you advertised on your website. We only stay because all accommodation was booked out. As it was the Oyster festival in invercargill. Yes we did complain but the receptionist said just put it in a email. We have sent email to them complain personally.Also over charged us. Saying it will take 7 days for the refund. We have sent a email to you about this situation.

At just before 6am I awoke to some one hammering and then the sound of cutting wood. There was a builder renovating the room (407) accross from my room 409. To make things worse when I finally gave up trying to sleep through the noise and decided to leave early I see he had the door to the room open as well. When I was going down in the lift, the guy going down also said he was awoken to loud banging / hammering. I have stayed in this motel previously about 3 weeks ago for work, how ever not sure I will go back. Do you have any other Accor motels in Invercargill as I will be down there every 4 weeks and need to find a better solution.

I am an annual visitor to this hotel and generally happy with my stays. However, during this particular visit the weather was unusually warm and showed up the lack of air conditioning in my room. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and the room was well presented.

Poor - could not park in requested parking and was fined at 8:29 when I was told I can park in front of hotel until 8:30 - room and parking paid for ??? No drink poor service really looking at moving away from All Accor at Invercargill.
