When we arrived, we were greeted by Franco and he made us feel very welcome. He personally delivered our stuff to our room ( which was upgraded by the way being an Accor Plus member). Location is awesome (short walk to shopping, restaurants, tram stations ). Room size is adequate, tidy, water pressure is good and I can truly recommend this hotel if you visit Melbourne. We regretted that we only stayed 2 nights because we have pre booked other hotels in Melbourne. Breakfast is simple but good and I really like that we can make our own smoothies. I’ll definitely stay again when I come to Melbourne again.

Stayed here for 4 nites and can honestly say that staff are amazing. Starting from concierge to restaurant staff (Apple is an amazing chef, Manny as well, Rest Mgr Varan - I possibly misspelled his name, sry for that) have truly added to a wonderful experience. This hotel offers the perfect fit for a stay in the city center. All shops, restaurants close by. If I return I will stay here again! Great service! Well done!

Novotel Central is a very modern,stylish and well located hotel easy walking distance to the Bourke St mall and central trams. The staff were attentive and helpful in all aspects. The welcome gift and breakfast buffet was extremely delicious.

2 day conference and accomodation

Attended and stayed at this venue for a 2 day work conference. The staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was a hassle for them and they were all so friendly and welcoming. Rooms and conference facilities were modern and stylish. Food was wonderful. We dined in the hotels restaurant and held our awards event there. Semi-private dining experience with projector to facilitate our evening. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

Rooms were good size, bit no robes, a great look and clean. Restaurant Pretty boy not so good. We ordered pasta ragu and Angus rump cap asked for medium and came out rare and cold. Couldn't eat this. Pasta was also warm, not hot. Wouldn't eat here again. Disappointed. Mixed drinks were excellent.
