Needed to pay cash as didn't have a physical credit card with me (wouldn't take contactless card or card info stored on all account). Wifi didn't work. Common areas felt dirty and bleek. Room was ok except for the blinding tv standby light illuminating room. The TV took 30 seconds to boot up before I could turn down the volume. The whole experience felt like I was stuck in the 80's which is a shame as the location is brilliant.

The location was ideal for us as trams were outside and Flinders St station only 2 blocks away. Room had the necessaries plus a large screen tv. Unfortunately there was no driveway to unload the car, so we had to haul our luggage from a parking station about three blocks away

I just wanted an overnight stay for comedy festival - this property was perfect - great location - trams all around - staff very friendly and helpful - will use again for overnight stays in Melbourne I booked brekky as well for extra, was good self serve - bonus was the machine that cooked beautiful pancakes with the press of a button, and maple syrup and butter on hand - YUM

It was suitable for one night. Aircon was a bit noisy. We knew the room was small but we were not in it much. Was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was minimal with cereal and toast but was better than nothing.
