Hi, the reception wasn't good enough; she requested to pay at the check-in. I told her that this is the first time, usually I pay at the check-out but didn't trust me. I was preferring to pay at check-out to be able to request supplement if needed and have only one transaction for the invoice

The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was good. The only thing I disliked is the electricity cut. I hope the hotel can invest in a generator for upcoming months and be ready for next year in case it happens again.
