First impression was of a small ikea type room. Room was efficiently designed but tight for two. Well maintained with excellent shower. Breakfast and dinner, both buffet, were excellen; met and exceeded expectations. Wafa, the lady who worked the breakfast room was excellent, attentive, friendly and very helpful. We thought she was unusually attentive to us until we realized she was like that with everyone. The lady who checked us in (she wore the eyeglasses with the white franes) was also friendly and efficient. Within minutes of our getting to our room she called us to ask if we were happy with the room. When told that we would prefer a street facing room it was done so in minutes. Parking was ample with both outside on site parking and a garage. Security was impressive with luggage, packages and handbags going through the xray. Individuals were also screened. The public spaces were light and airy and conducive to getting work done. There was an atm in the lobby. The bar/lounge and small swimming pool are on the first level. We didn't notice any restaurants in the area. There is a large hospital across the street and up the block. The hotel is easily accessible by car. We were very pleasantly surprised by the ibis sfax. Would stay there again. .

A really comfortable stay , food was good , room service is at its finest , but one thing , for big smokers like myself , i don't think it's practical to go down to the bar or even outside the hotel to take a cigarette , i recommend allowing people to smoke in their rooms.

I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay.. i like the energy of personnel from reception.. breakfast is amazing with multiple options .. didnt try dinner but had drinks .. good service.. room is very clean and neat
