The reception staff was very helpful. I lost my passport in the hotel room when I checked out, the staff contacted me immediately and sent me my passport by courier. I really appreciated their help.

Starting with checking in, and then all other things, like welcoming on breakfast, asking for room cleaning etc. went very smoothly. Additionally all the staff members are very friendly and it made me happy to be in such a nice hotel with such nice people. I strongly recommend staying with this hotel!

Well located, amazing view on the old town of Wrocław. Maybe a bit loudly at night while trains or tramways are going, but generally good placement.
