The best part of the hotel is the location being right across the road from Canning Town tube station so ideal for those needing accommodation close to the O2 like us! Great price for the area and the hotel itself has everything you need.

We were treated so well from the minute we arrived to the time we left. Excellent location for travel throughout London including the Air Line cable car which is nearby.

My partner & I really enjoyed our 2nd stay at this hotel.The staff were excellent,friendly & helpful for our entire 3 night stay.Unfortunately we didn’t get everyone’s name but team leader Tahir who we met at breakfast was superb.10/10 for ALL the staff.Many thanks,see you again soon we hope.

Very nice stay, rooms are not very big but nice (beds could be bigger). Breakfast is nice but could have more diversity on continental side, like more bread and cheese, etc. Hotel staff is very kind and helpfull.

The location was great if you are attending an event right next to O2 and I had an amazing stay! my room was spacious enough, comfortable bed, and breakfast was fresh and I loved they had watermelon and fresh cucumbers as well to go with the english breakfast; the hotel is very modern and it’s great to catch up on emails in the lobby area.

Great location, so close to the tube station. Easy check in and out with friendly and efficient staff members. Nice, perfectly clean and comfortable room. Lovely breakfast.

Convenient location for DLR and Jubilee Lines into the centre of London. Great breakfasts, good cafe, friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. We discovered that rooms not fully sound proof on the last night when our next-door neighbour turned out not to have an “Indoor Voice”. Had difficulty with the WiFi. My wife never could log into it and I had to restart my phone at random times to get it to work. Staff were unable to help. Fortunately, Yapix is a really good Italian coffee shop next door with good WiFi.

The reception and the lobby were a cozy bar. The rooms clean etc., etc... I liked. The location is near London Excel (a pretty place to walk to, if you haven't beer there before). The underground station is just next to the hotel, it would take 15 minutes to central. Oh, and during the congestion hours, in this station you will get to the train - whereas in the next ones it will be more difficult. Ok, nice.

I needed a value hotel at short notice and booked Ibis Canning Town. It was an extremely pleasant surprise; it felt more like an Ibis Styles in character. A good sized room, with a bottle of water and popcorn provided, a comfortable bed, decent shower and everything very clean. The staff were particularly friendly. I had dinner in the restaurant; very simple but good, and not expensive. The hotel is right across the road from Canning Town underground (Jubilee Line and DLR) so very convenient. Highly recommended.

This was the first time here although had been past many times while staying at the hotel further down the road while working on Crossrail between 2018 & 2019. I was really surprised by how pleasant the experience was and the value for money too. The hotel was clean and tidy, breakfast we great with a wide choice. Thank you

Had a warm welcome. We requested a high floor facing the underground, now I understand this is only a request but Tanya who checked us in went above and beyond to make this happen. The room was great, clean, fresh and comfortable and the service was brilliant. Thank you Tanya your an asset to your hotel.

This is the second time I have stayed that this hotel. Excellent facilities; staff always helpful and lovely clean and spacious rooms. Right next to a tube station too. Unfortunately had a sudden death in the family the day after I arrived and had to check out early. The staff and management were so understanding and caring and arranged to refund my remain days. Going that extra mile means a lot.

The hotel was ideally situated for our visit to our daughter who lives in Canning Town. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. The hotel is situated across the road from Canning Town underground station with fast links to central London via the Jubilee Line and the DLR. The only drawback to the room was the board surrounding the TV with the simplistic “chalk” drawings. This was not to my taste.
