Not as advertised

The restaurant, bars, abd room service were not operating as advertised online when I booked. Breakfasts were served, so the restaurant kitchen was working. The large bed was made up as two singkes with the small individual sheets/ covers only. When I asked this was not remedied. This resulted in me needing to go out to get most food, and restless nights waking up when I kept being uncovered due to the single sheets. The advertised coffee machine did not work, and I vdud get an electric to make tea, but had to buy tea bags and milk. It was not worth the almost 3,000 EUROS for the 3 nights stay which included a weekend. I also left a note for the Manager but have not had the sincerity of a reply. I should be reimbursed, especially for the falsely advertised facilities, and nit remedying the simple problem of making the bed up as one large bed.

Room was very comfortable We asked for additional cleaning as bathroom floor got very wet and rema8ned damp Cleaning did not happen so had to go to front desk for towels.
