I choose this hotel regularly, sometimes also for business, and everytime it feels better. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast very decent. Everything is clean. The location next to the main train station is very accomodating. But the best thing: the Sleep Comfort concept. A miracle. I sleep in these beds better that my own bed :) thanks for another amazing stay!

Very Small room

Very small room. On entering the bedroom, the door didn’t open fully because the bed was in the way. Mattress was bigger than the bed so overhung the sides. Curtain was torn and didn’t even cover the window. Worse hotel room I have ever stayed in.

Old, dated and run down hotel

After traveling throughout Europe for multiple sporting events, I booked a stay here for my brother and I. For the price we paid, this was the worst hotel experience of recent memory. Expensive, run down, noisy, tiny rooms, and overall cleanliness were all very much below acceptable for a hotel chain of this size. It should be closed down and demolished or a major refurbishment should be actioned immediately.

Very basic - but expensive

The room was clean but very small and a bit worn. The bathroom was VERY small eg. you could not sit on the toilet without your knees were hitting the wall. This hat happened to others before us because the toilet roll holder was loose and the toilet paper kept falling down because you could not avoid touching it when going to the toilet. The location very close to the station is good if you only need it for a stay while visiting nearby cities. We went for the Euro 2024 and the hotel had more than doubled the price making it way too expensive for this very basic hotel. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is in a walking distance from the main railway station. The rooms are clean, and small. The breakfast is excellent. Also the hotel has a 24 hour front desk .
