Amazing from start to finish, everything was awesome. The All Inclusive package was great. The resort exceeded our expectations. Every member of the staff is friendly, polite and welcoming. The island is incredible. Extremely clean, beautiful rooms, the loveliest staff, and outstanding food, even in the buffet and more. Nothing negative to report.

Special mention of Jiwan at Melange for his friendly nature and high level of service. The lady from Kazakhstan who checked us in on arrival and gave us a great room orientation. Didn't get her name but she was petite with gold framed glasses. The Indian bar man at the Hub was a great. The waiter at Souq Oven was very professional.

We had a wonderful experience with excellent service throughout our stay. The staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed. We have just returned from a week at Pullman Maldives Maamutaa and honestly could not have asked for a better holiday. We stayed on the all-inclusive package and found it to be excellent value for money. There was a great selection of food and drink throughout the resort, with both buffet and a la carte options, and a wide variety of high-quality drinks. One thig we particularly appreciated was that there were no restrictions on how many times you could dine at the a la carte restaurants. Of course, there are additional dishes (such as lobster), spa and activity options available at extra cost, but these are entirely optional and we never felt pressured to spend more. From the moment we arrived in Male, everything was seamless. The transfers by domestic flight and boat to and from the resort were extremely well organised and completely stress-free. Our overwater pool villa was beautiful, and the housekeeping was exceptional. Our villa was always spotless, with cleaning completed early in the day so we could enjoy the rest of our time uninterrupted. The entire resort team were wonderful. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble, yet the resort is so well run that you rarely need to ask for anything because everything you could want is already available. A special mention goes to Hassan, our island host, who tool fantastic care of us throughout our stay. He checked in with us daily via WhatsApp, arranged all of our dining reservations and experiences, and made sure we didn’t miss any of the must-do activities. The bicycles provided were a great way to get around the island, and the two gentlemen who ran the bike rental and sports classes were fantastic. We also loved the outdoor cinema evenings, complete with popcorn under the stars. One of the highlights of our trip was upgrading to the Aqua Villa with the underwater bedroom for one night. It was a genuine once-in-a-lifetime experience and something I would highly recommend if you’re celebrating a special occasion. Treat yourself if you can, you won’t regret it. Another unforgettable experience was the two-hour jet ski excursion. We visited an inhabited, tiny island, saw lots of dolphins really up close, and enjoyed some lovely snorkelling. The watersports team also captured amazing videos and photos for us to keep, which was a fantastic touch and made the experience even more memorable. The only slight disappointment was that the yoga instructor was not at the resort during our stay, as we had been really looking forward to trying the aerial yoga classes. Other than that, we genuinely have nothing to complain about. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way and delivered an incredible holiday experience with outstanding service, beautiful accommodation, excellent dining and great value for money. We would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend Pullman Maldives Maamutaa to anyone looking for a luxury Maldives escape. We can’t wait to come back!
