Easily accessible, covered and guarded parking, nice quiet room and an excellent breakfast. It's a shame that the many charging stations in the parking garage are not allowed to be used.

We were a family visiting family in Amsterdam and we needed a place to stay the place that we was adequate and clean. The pull-out bed was a little bit lumpy and hard the bed that we had was a little bit hard to. But we had a stay stay

Briefly it was my worst experience in one of the Accor hotels. Wifi connection is awful. Front desk staff was rude and unexperienced.

How unfortunate to find out that we could not provide you with the stay that you deserve, rest assured that the necessary actions have been taken with our team so that situations like these do not occur again. The fact that they called you at 8am is simply unacceptable. We hope to find understanding on your part that teams grow and are formed by learning from their mistakes. We have provided extra training so our team can manage situations more appropriately in the future. Likewise, if you allow me, we are quite surprised since our team has a fairly high score but we also understand that there is always room for improvement in this arduous path to providing quality accommodation. Please accept our sincere apologies and we hope that you can provide us with a second opportunity to be able to verify that the service mentioned is not the service that we are accustomed to providing to our guests. Good hotel with very polite and efficient staff. Breakfast was lovely. The location is great, 5 minutes train journey to Amsterdam Central and 10 minutes to airport.

English channels on tv did not work Dirty glass just put back in cupboard in room and not cleaned / replaced

Dear Steven, Thank you very much for responding to our survey and for communicating that you did not find it suitable during your stay, a shame that we could not meet your expectations. Unfortunately we do not have English channels but we do have Dutch channels where you can watch programs in English. Just as unfortunate that our cleaning staff will not adequately refresh your room.
