It was a very good stay. Very clean and the staff is friendly and professional. One thing I didn’t like is that we payed 25€/day for a parking for an outdoor parking.

Good stay despite a complicated check-in

The nice part : nice rooms, very good buffet breakfast and some of the staff very helpful The not so nice part : Air Con / Heater did not work properly, either too warm or too cold. Check-in was complicated as we booked though the Very chic site and they did not sent the booking to the hotel. Fortunately rooms were available as we had booked 3 rooms. Also, hotel did not receive the upfront payment made, so we had to pay the full price. Staff at the reception desk that night was not considerate and not up to the expected standard. After complaining the next day, the manager arranged everything and complimented us with free drinks which was nice. We will however not book again through Very chic.
