하노이 모벤픽은 처음 방문이었어요. 데스크.객실청비. 조식당. 컨시어지 모든 파트의 직원들 친절했고 특히 클럽라운지 직원 친절하고 프로페셔널 하였어요. 건물과 객실관리가 잘 되어 있고, 위치도 중심가는 아니지만 괜찮은것 같아요. 조식당과 라운지의 음식은 계속 같은 음식이라 4~5번 이용하니 안 먹게 됩니다. 그리고 여기 호텔의 큰 단점이라 생각이 되고 반드시 시정되었으면 하는것은 객실 냉장고 입니다. 냉장고 라기 보다는 보관함 같아요. 더운 나라에서 외출후 객실로 돌아와서 시원한 맥주는 커녕 시원한 물도 못 마시니 힘들었어요.냉장고 좀 교체 되었으면 좋겠어요
