메트리스가 좋아서 편안했고 새 호텔이서 깨끗한 시설 과 럭셔리한 분위기 , 깔끔한 조식까지 모든게 좋았습니다. 다만 Amenity ( Shampoo , soap )를 조금 더 좋은 것으로 주셨으면 합니다.

1. 전직원들의 복장과 고객에 대한 service가 매우 좋습니다. 2. 호텔의 모든시설과 환경도 나무랄데가 없습니다. 3. 아침 조식도 다양하고 풀과 같이 있던 라운지도 색다르고 음식 하나하나 맛있으며 근무하는 직원들 역시 고객에 대한 배려에 정성을 다합니다. 특히 라운지 Ngan씨와 레스토랑 Dzung 매니저님의 배려에 감사드립니다. 4. 체크아웃 후 옷을 깜빡 놓고왔는데 기사에게 전화해서 찾게 해 주신 분들께 감사드립니다. 5. 다른 호텔에 체크인을 하고 나서 뒤늦게 금고에 보관 해 놓고 돈을 챙겨오지 못한 것을 알게 되었는데 이 역시 빠짐없이 찾아서 챙겨주시고 고객에게 돌려 주는 과정에서의 철저하고 완벽한 체계에 놀랐습니다. 고마운 마음에 소정의 금액을 드리려 했으나, 과정의 투명함에 표시도 제대로 못하고 돌아 온것이 죄송하기도 하여 이 자리를 빌어 모든분들께 다시 한번 감사의 말씀을 전합니다. 6. 10여일간의 여행 중 하루하루 다르게 숙박했던 아코르 호텔 중 인적서비스는 이 곳이 최고이며 하드웨어도 좋지만 특히나 소프트웨어가 최고인 호텔이였습니다. 모두 감사합니다.
