Executive Lounge 이용 시, 상주 직원들의 친절함이 저를 항상 기쁘게 합니다. 특히 Ms. Hao, Ms. Huong, Mr.Marcus는 가족 같은 느낌이 듭니다. 3. 이번 4일간 출장 중 하루가 호텔 룸의 Full booking으로 Accor All app.으로 예약이 불가능한 상황이었을 때, General Manager에게 메일을 보내 예약을 하지 못 하는 상황을 설명했는데 휴일 늦은 저녁이었음에도 불구하고 답장을 바로 받아 남아있는 룸을 예약할 수 있도록 도움을 받았습니다. 그녀의 빠른 대처 덕분에 호텔 예약을 하지 못 하는 상황을 빠르게 해결할 수 있었습니다.
