가장 최신식 시설로 어느 5성급과 견주어도 깔끔함이 최상 하노이 아코르계열 중 조식이 가장 맛있음 특히 빵류 디저트 호안끼엠지역 풀만같은데 가도 시설이 낙후되서 그렇게 즐겁지 않은데 여기는 최신시설에 가격도 매우 합리적 특히 4인이상 대가족은 억지로 2개이상 룸 잡을필요 없이 2배드룸 활용 시 투숙객 모두 티어 서비스를 받을 수 있어 매우 합리적으로 이용 가능.

하노이를 자주 가는데 이 호텔만큼 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 된 호텔은 없는 것 같아요. 스태프 또한 친절하고, 특히 호텔 1층의 음식점이 훌륭합니다. 컨시어지에 있는 스태프는 항상 반갑게 맞이해주며 룸 청소해주시는 분들도 친절합니다.

1월에 숙박했었던 좋은 기억으로 다시 찾았으나 기대에 만족하지 못했던 숙박이었슴 1. 라운지의 음식과 서비스가 너무나도 형편없었슴.(몇가지 되지않는 음식과 상태, 준비된 빈약한 주류) 2. 단체객들로 인한 소란한 조식 분위기와 무질서 3. 그럼에도 불구하고 인적 서비스와 객실 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았슴.
