하노이 올드타운과는 거리가 있으나 주변이 사무실 밀집 지역 같아서 깔끔하고 시설도 잘 갖춰진 호텔이라 편히 잘 쉬었슴.직원들도 친절하고 조식당도 깔끔하고 실내 수영장과 사우나도 있어 부족함없는 호텔임.

애프터눈티 서비스와 해피아워서비스가 어느 아코르 호텔들 보다 별로였어요. 연말이라 사람이 모자라서 그렇다는데 그러면 미리 충원을 했어야죠.

호텔에서 매우 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다. 프런트 데스크의 Veronica와 Kate는 항상 친절하고 프로페셔널하게 응대해 주었으며, 머무는 동안 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 벨보이 Kent와 Edward도 필요할 때마다 빠르고 세심하게 도와주어 인상이 좋았습니다. 특히 관리자인 Mr. Dzung의 세심한 배려 덕분에 전반적인 숙박 경험이 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 음식도 맛있었고, 직원들 모두 전문적으로 고객을 응대하는 모습이 인상적이었습니다. 헬스장 역시 공간이 넓고 다양한 운동 기구가 잘 갖춰져 있어 이용하기에 매우 좋았습니다.
