The room is full of odor, which may be the odor and pollutants from the furniture. The room arranged is too far from the elevator. The breakfast category is the least in the same level hotel. Replenishment is not enough.

The stay was generally pleasant. However, I have reported that the Accorhotel app offered a higher price than booking.com before reservation. The reservation department told me that they could offer me the lower price, but only through manual booking instead of the app. As I planned to book one of the nights using bonus points, I was not offered the the price on booking.com in the end. I also negotiated if I could be offered a free breakfast as a compensation but this was also rejected.

My wife and I stayed at a suite room and some of my friends stay at king size room at Pullman Tangshan. Our stay is not pleasant. No greeting from the cleaner at the corridor. Even worse, they were making phone cal at the corridor. One of my friend booked a king size room and at the time of check in, he was told that there is no more king size room and he got upgrade to a suite room. However, he needed to move back to a king size room the second day. We could not imagine this type of practice can happen in a middle to high end hotel. My friend agreed with the front desk agent. In the morning, he packed up his luggage and came downstair to downgrade his room. The front desk agent told him there is no room available and he needed to come back again in the afternoon. This is something unacceptable for us. We stay at this hotel not because we came here to have the fun to pointed around to change room. My friend again did not argue with the agent, and moved the luggage back to the room. In the afternoon when he came back to the hotel, the hotel staff blocked his room card and he was forced to come downstair to change the room. On the third day, the hotel blocked his room card again. When he came to the service desk, he was being told that the hotel thought he only stay for one day. One the last day of our stay, we were being told that all the kings size room can have late check out at 2pm. However, around 1:00pm, my friend start to receive phone call to rush them to check out. In my suite, due to my fault, I broke the floor lamp. I called the service desk from the room to check if we need to fix or pay for it. The server came and told us it is not a bit issue, just leave it. It won’t be a problem. However, when I came to downstair to check out, I was being told that I need to fix the lamp or pay for the repair. I am willing to pay for the damage at the beginning. It is not acceptable to get different another from the same hotel with in 10 mins. I was waited at least 20 mins to get an answer on how much to pay for the repair. The front desk agent direct me to the lobby bar while I was waiting by calling the lobby bar. When I sit down at the lounge bar, I got told the area I sit is a pay area where I need to make some purchase at the bar in order to sit there. Only after I told them I stay at the suite room (which include lounge access, but the lounge not open, and I got told I can use the lobby bar) and the front desk has already called them that I can use the lobby bar, I could stay there. The hotel has great hardware and location. However, customer service need a lot of improvements.

nice hotel friendly staff
Very nice resort hotel for relaxing, but little bit too far away from the city center. Difficult to find restaurants close by.

My stay was pleasant, but unfortunate on one night. As a Accor Hotel silver member I got a coupon for a free welcome drink, but didn't find the place to use it. The bar close to the reception was empty at 8 PM?
