Good stay, but very much unhappy on pre-booked price

It was a good stay at the hotel, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The only negative but extremely annoying part was my pre-booked member price was actually much higher than non-member non-pre-book on-premise day price. The front desk was very kind and pointed this out for me. The front desk and manager were able to offer me a match with member price based on the on-premise day price. However, I believe this would still be higher than usual pre-booked member prices. This has been an extremely unpleasant experience. I am not sure whether I would still be able to trust the pre-booked price without asking about on-premise price upon arrival.

I requested a extra bed in the reservation which was not provided even though during checkin the front desk officer say she noted of it (after that i called the front desk they say extra charges applicable for extra bed so i changed my mind and ask for extra blanket, housekeeping delivered it very promptly) other than this, everything else was good. Especially the housekeeping ladies were very friendly.

A nice experience with a modern styled Pullman. Was very happy to be upgraded for both rooms and 1 to a suite which makes the Platinum or Diamond level feel more valued concerning upgrades compared to gold level. Check in was good as well as check out. Lounge is always a good thing to have. Options were sufficient if we did not want to go out for dinner. Dinner Buffet was very good value. Breakfast was good as well. Only brief visit to the pool area. It looked very nice. Temperature of the water was tempting for a dip. Rooms were a good size. I would rate as one of the best Pullmans I have been to.

设施 服务体验都很棒 唯一遇见都问题是我通过官网(all.accor.com)预定并付款 却在前台入住和退房时都午饭确认我已经付过款了。 在我离点后才确认确实已经付过款了 如果你们自己官方网站的订房系统都不那么可靠 我十分怀疑贵公司的 系统的可靠性。 Like I said great facility and service, the only problem was I booked and paid on all.accor.com. I would assume your official site would be integrated with your system. However, when I check in and check out, the front desk could not make sure if I have paid or not. One could only assume your own website would be your first priority system, but it did not work like that at all. My payment wasn't confirmed until hours I left your hotel. Hope this system could work better, cuz if I could get better experience with an agency, then there's must be something wrong with your system.

I must say that the accommodation and the facilities are very good. What fell short was the internet service that was provided to the guest. The speed and the frequency of interruption was so bad. I came to Fuzhou to work and it is frustrating to work from the room when the internet was so shite. In addition, I must say that I was so bloody disappointed with the He Café. Before I booked at Pullman Hotel, I wrote an email to the hotel and specifically asked if during breakfast, whether the restaurant serve any Halal food. I asked this because in one of the advertisement, the hotel advertised it as having a halal breakfast. Your reservation agent by the name of Orchid Lin responded to the email stated that the hotel provides Halal food. However, when I was there, not a single dish was halal. None of the waiter/waiters, supervisors, knew what Halal was. Even my colleague who is from Fuzhou tried to ask them in Mandarin, even then none had a clue. I felt cheated and very disappointed because the main reason I booked the hotel was because of the response from Orchid. Very disappointed!

Pullman Fuzhou Tahoe provides their me a very nice experience during my stay. There are many local food restaurant just in 5 mins walk. The best part is this hotel has nice decor and let you feel very comfortable.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. New hotel, but stayed already for 3rd time. Very nice decorated , modern rooms. Very good price/quality. Breakfast also has good choice with local dishes. Good location to maal and restaurants. My favorite hotel in Fuzhou.

My stay at the Pullman left me a great impression! The best part of the stay was the enthusiasm and kindness of the staff. Every interaction that I had was both warm and very professional. Everyone at the front desk, working in the restaurants and cafe, as well as the room cleaning attendant was excellent. The head concierge Frank is clearly setting a very high standard of excellence. He made me feel welcome even before I arrived in China and assisted me with all of my needs. He went above and beyond in his service. I have now visited three major hotels in Fuzhou but will only return to the Pullman because of this experience with your team. The hotel is also spotlessly clean and beautifully designed. Thank you so much for EVERYTHING. I will be sharing my experience with anyone who wants to travel to China. I am so glad to have found your hotel and will return again next week!!
