Membership experience needs to be optimized, I have stayed in different Accord hotels in the past few month, none of them were record under my membership. Data on App installed in iOS was registered under my email address, but front desk required myself to scan QR code in Wechat which I havent registered, not user friendly for foreigners or personnelle without China phone number or ID. Hospitality service provider should be ready to welcome clients from different background but not just one particular targeting segment.

I enjoyed the checkin process, the lady was smart and swiftly completed the operation. Also I wanted to thanks the staff at the cafe on Nov 9th when I was having the dinner buffet (I forgot to ask for his name, he was wearing a grey suit). He answered to my questions patiently, and he was very caring to notice that I didn’t eat much, and asked me if I liked the food and was there anything they can help. His warm services makes my stay becomes wonderful.

All our depart. will not choose pullman anymore. my colleague asked your staff about if we could book the rooms for our client with our negotiated price, the feedback was fine. but when we arrived, receipt rejected and made all of us so embarrassed and finally we accept the normal price. YOU SO REDICULOUS!
