I really loved the hospitality provided by Pullman Hotel and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The facilities provided were adequate and the view from the swimming pool was great. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. The breakfast buffet was great too but would love to have more selection of local dishes such as Sarawak laksa.

Strategically located but bad service

The hotel location is very strategic, surrounded by many good restaurants and shops but the service quality is not meeting my expectation. I ordered food from room service and the salmon was overcooked and too salty. The food served during breakfast buffet also needs a lot of improvement. The room was not cleaned properly, the floor was still dirty when I returned to the room in the evening and the toiletries were not being replenished. The pillows are too firm and uncomfortable. Hope to see improvement in my next visit.
