Hotel is clean. However the interior is starting to show signs of wear and tear - bathroom window. Stayed over New Year's unfortunately not able to see the fireworks around Miri from the room as the window was very dirty. Staff is very courteous and polite. Breakfast is always good everytime we stay there. However, I only found the kuih lapis was dry.

Room's new and clean. The only thing is the parking process. It uses a basement lift and is so slow. I jad to wait for 30 min in the queue. Other than that, a typical mid-end hotel with great service.

The deco looks veey different from other hotels. Parking system different too. Staff are friendly and remembered me. Free gelato on check-in.
