Wonderful greeting on the driveway from bell staff and helped us get into the hotel with ease. Front of house reception staff were also amazing in checking us in quickly and provided a complimentary gelato for each of us. Such a small but friendly gesture. The hotel has a nice contemporary feel and is well maintained. Rooms are nice and the artworks continue to the roof. Nice vibe in the hotel overall. We had interconnected rooms with our children which worked well. Only things I didn’t like was the smell of the corridors as they smelt a little dank or of a very earthy essential oil like bergamot. Hotel car lift is novel but like valet parking

Toilet and bath floor too slippery when it gets wet. Need to be more carefull if walk in bathroom. (please clean up the window, too muddy already 😅) Overall okey, well located at many places to eat, strategic place 🙂 Friendly receiptionist and carpark assistant, nice Atoti cafe & Cavakita rooftop bar ☺️ Room is soundproof too.. Thank you ^^

I had a very wonderful stay at Mercure miri Centre. Not only it is close to all hubs, handicraft centre, airport, supermarkets, but most importantly the staffs are very helpful and the hospitality is great. The room is very nice and clean. Hope to stay here again when in Miri

It is always great to have your check-in handled swiftly after a long day's work. To greeted by a well-prepared room and also to receive a welcome note from the hotel from the hotel room manger, Jagjit, complete with a simple fruit plate made my day! Simple gesture but much appreciated. Breakfast spread was excellent, and I made sure I had a bit of everything local. Overall, an excellent stay and not also forgetting the jasmine green tea and tea pot provided by the hotel during my stay, thanks to the attention of the front desk manager Johar. My best stay yet at Mercure Miri! :)
