I have stayed here many many times over the past 3 years. The location is perfect. But a hotel is a room, a shower , a toilet. The staff make the stay! Every single staff member in this hotel treated me like family. They knew my name.. they welcomed me. I was treated great! This is why I continue to stay at this hotel. I’m going back for 16 days in September:)

Both of the Lviv Ibis hotels are clean, comfortable and well situated. What sets them apart from all the other Ibis hotels in the world is Ukrainian hospitality. After being there and then spending time at other Ibis hotels in Europe, it feels like a step down to go somewhere else. Kudos.

This was our second stay at ibis Styles Lviv Center, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. The hotel has an unbeatable location in the heart of Lviv, within walking distance of the city's main attractions. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. Although we left early and couldn't try the breakfast, we had another very pleasant stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Lviv.

We arrived after a long ride at 6pm. Despite online check in, our rooms weren’t ready. The receptionist said that due to technical issues she can’t code the room key cards and we have to wait until it resolves. Only after long conversation she agreed to call someone to manually open the rooms. Very bad experience, she didn’t even apologized.

The hotel is well located, and the staff genuinely try to make your stay pleasant, which we appreciated. However, the rooms are clearly in need of renovation. We booked the family offer, and one of our rooms raised the most concerns. The carpet was very dirty, and the room felt more like a basement, with only one small window facing the wall of the neighboring building, leaving almost no natural light. We were also surprised that the sofa bed had already been unfolded before our arrival. Since we booked two rooms for three people, we didn't need it, and it only took up valuable space. One more point: unlike regular Ibis hotels, the family offer at Ibis Styles is handled as two separate room reservations. We think it would be much more convenient if it were booked and paid for as a single family package.

We got the room with little early check in, but got a preety bad room without any upgrade although being a Gold member. the staff was not that helpfull
