I would like to mention that Mia, your front desk officer, was exceptionally helpful and professional. Thank you for helping me to book a driver even for a short distance to Rumah Semangat 47. The other staffs were also professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay here and if I had to come back again, I will definitely choose Mercure. Good facilities and amenities were provided!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Mercure Pangkalan Bun. From the moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me with such warmth and genuine smiles that immediately made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from a Mercure standard. Breakfast at the restaurant was another highlight — the food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the restaurant team was incredibly friendly and attentive. Every morning started with cheerful greetings and kind service, which truly made a difference. Special thanks to the reception and restaurant staff for their professionalism and kindness throughout my stay.
