I travel quite often for business trip and stayed in various hotels including Accor chain hotel. But, only in Mercure Pangkalan Bun, the hotel charged me for laundry bag. It didn't about the money, if the laundry bag is not free, they should tell the customer in front or not put in the room. Other things, i booked 2 nights through accor apps and the total amount is around IDR 1.4 million (incl fees and taxes) but the hotel charged me IDR 1.6 million (1.4 milion + GST 10%). It was my fault didnt check when paid, but how could they charged double taxes? Or maybe this is common rules that i didnt understand (correct me if im wrong)

I have been checked your bill there was a mistake from Reservation Engine booking the rate should be room only but in the system add charging for 2 breakfast. One again we do apologized about this issue and for sure we will fixed immediately.
