we arrived early after coming back from Tanjung Puting trip and the staffs offered for early check in. Overall, all staffs are hospitable and helpful. The hotel location is also great.

I would like to mention that Mia, your front desk officer, was exceptionally helpful and professional. Thank you for helping me to book a driver even for a short distance to Rumah Semangat 47. The other staffs were also professional and friendly. I truly enjoyed my stay here and if I had to come back again, I will definitely choose Mercure. Good facilities and amenities were provided!
