Dear Mr. n., Greetings from Mercure Pangkalan Bun! We are delighted to read that you had an excellent experience and enjoyed our services. Thank you for your feedback as well and we have shared with our concerned and we are sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We will keep on improving our effort in giving a better performance. Our breakfast time, we are open at 06:00 am in the morning with full selection of breakfast or you may have a light breakfast such as coffee, tea and breads available before 6 am at our restaurant and our takeaway breakfast also available by request only. Regarding our room, based on local regulations, we are not allowing the guest to smoke inside the rooms as all our rooms are smoke-free and we have provided some designated areas outside the rooms such as at Danum Bar and Kelakai Restaurant.
