Due to my job I spend over 9 months a year in hotels all over the world. The staff at this hotel is one of the best I have encountered. I would like to thank Amin for helping me and my crew make the reservations. Next I would like to thank The beautiful Russian, Mrs. Morocco and Angela Jolie for meeting ALL our needs at the reception desk. I really appreciate Jean and all of the housekeeping staff. Most of all Iman and her kitchen staff Sam, Mrs. Ethiopia and Mrs. Filipino did a great job every morning with breakfast. I would also like to apologize to the bell boys for working them so hard.

This is a very good hotel in Abu Dhabj I highly suggest this to you as it has all the facilities you can think of.Staff are all excellent and the rooms are so clean.The room in every flat has a smart tv with youtube which is really good.Overall very good must try

Very tired room

Has a really good stay in the hotel 6 weeks back so decided I’d stay again. This time it’s been very nothing like as good as last time. Starting with surly reception staff through to a very tired room- filthy and worn carpet, bath towels that have holes, light switches that don’t seem to turn lights on or off. To top it off I reported a soap dispenser in the bathroom that didn’t work to the same surly receptionist and they didn’t bother repairing it. Very disappointing.

Everything was good besides a russian lady very unpleasent and rude was in reception desk.Nice location, old hotel with recent upgrades. It is appartment hotel so you will have all the kitchenware and you feel like at home :) Cannot say anything about breakfast as I did not take that option.
