Conveniently located business style hotel in the heart of Abu Dhabi. Pleasant and spacious rooms but there was no real ambiance within the hotel. it was all a bit too sterile and cold. The breakfast on the top floor is not a particularly nice experience due to their mandatory Covid restrictions where they are still not allowing guests to help themselves at the Buffet, even though the waiting staff do not really comply with basic protocols of sanitizing the tables correctly. It really was a bit of a sham with lazy staff not listening to their guest orders and simply trying to bring them what they felt they should be eating and drinking. There needs to be some staff training in this venue.

Comfortable clean rooms and good service, located at a convenient place . Would prefer staying here with my family and also when I travel for work. Thank you

Majlis Grand Mercure Residence Hotel is an excellent opportunity to stay in the Abu Dhabi area. Good location, closer to groceries, bus, shoppings, restaurants. Majlis Grand Mercure staff from the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant, concierge, stores are customer service oriented, helpful, and very willing to help and assist always.

First time at this hotel, they upgraded room for free of charge, enjoyed well, Excellent hotel in the heart of the City with many supermarket and shopping, felt like we are in our another home, very spacious rooms and fully furnished room and fully equipped kitchen one bed room apartment, over all excellent, next time if we want to stay in Abu Dhabi definitely we will choose this hotel. Staff including receptions are very helpful and friendly

I have been Majlis Grand Mercure guest many times as solo visitor and with family, we have used both studio and double bedroom serviced apartment, excellent rooms, front desk, concierge and sales team are all very customer oriented, great service and the complimentary fruits and water is such great help when you check in it helps to manage hunger until food is ordered , thanks

A very comfortable stay of more than a month. The staff were very accomodating and friendly.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, with all the amenities near by. I stayed in an one-bedroom suite, which comes with a fully equiped kitchen including a fridge, microwave oven, electric stove and some cutlery. The living room was also spacious with a dining table, sofa set, and TV. So it was almost like living in a fully-furnished one-bedroom apartment.

Ideally-situated, extremely friendly and well-appointed - I choose to stay here every time I visit Abu Dhabi. The rooms are of a good size, equipped with small kitchens and washing machines. The café on the ground floor is excellent. Staff throughout the hotel are superb.

Majlis Grand Mercure Residence provides a very good service. The apartments are spacious and well appointed, the staff helpful and friendly. The location is good for people working or visiting central Abu Dhabi.

Concierge, reception, cafe, housekeeping, business suite, all staff absolutely wonderful. It is such a welcoming and happy place to stay. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in.

Being a long term resident having somewhere to live that can feel like it is your home and not just another hotel is so important. That is the feeling I have here like I am at home among friends. As I work from home a lot having that feeling is important, not being like just another guest who passes through. I even get good morning calls at times from reception just to say good morning, a small hing maybe but again it adds to the home feeling.

Nice suite room and all entertainment facilities available

Thanks to Luisa Barruga from the Sales, the GM and all the staff, your are the best :-) My group was very comfortable and they feel all good in Majilis. The second time that we have make this choice and not the last one. Merci beaucoup

Only valet parking is allowed, scares me when I'm using a rental car. The Breakfast room and restaurant is really small. A lot of workers (maybe russian) live there so it was full in the evening. Some of the food (dinner buffet) was too cold.

The suite was excellent, & service generally good, except the wake-up call for 5.00am on the day of departure did not occur! Luckily I was awake at 5.00am without the call!! Overall, an enjoyable stay
