I could easily give the hotel a 10. I gave an 8 because of the cleaning. The carpet in the room was not clean at all. Hair in the bathroom area on the floor. It show that the room and the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Not good at all for a 4 star hotel. It shows also that the supervisor on the house keeping doesn’t do his / her job. Big rooms and very comfortable bed. Very good customer service and very polite people. Very very good and tasty breakfast. Plentiful food to chose from and the food is very tasty. Very good underground parking. Super good location, on a quiet street , just meters from the Main Street. A highly recommended hotel , please just improve the cleaning.
