I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my stay in Room 701. My experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues: • Air Conditioning Failure: The AC was blowing hot air, making the room extremely uncomfortable. I spent the night sweating and could not sleep properly. • Unprofessional Conduct: After I complained to the Front Office, an engineer came to the room. He entered the room and the bathroom while wearing his shoes. This is highly unhygienic and disrespectful to a guest's private space. • Ineffective Repair & Leakage: While the engineer was washing the AC filter, the unit began to leak severely, causing the floor to become soaking wet. Although the engineer did stay to wipe and clean up the mess, the AC still did not get cold at all after he finished. • Poor Breakfast Quality & Selection: The breakfast was equally disappointing. The food variety was extremely limited and of poor quality. The bread was cold, and the toaster was malfunctioning. As for the dessert section, the options were very poor; instead of proper desserts, they served fried snacks (gorengan) and unidentifiable cakes. We ended up only eating nasi kuning because there were simply no other decent options. We decided not to call the Front Office again because we were too exhausted to move rooms late at night, but we are very disappointed with the room's condition and the technical service provided. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your maintenance and F&B standards.

The room was comfortable, however the choices of food for breakfast were quite disappointing. Sometimes it's already quite empty and the menus were same everyday.

it was a comfy one but the front liner esp at the front office could be better in assisting the customer. As someone who work in a service industry, then it would be better if they put their heart better when dealing with customer. Last night on my stay, I heard really loud voice the next room at 01:40 AM which means the room doesn't really has a good sound proof.
