Your feedback is very important to us, and we deeply regret that we fell short of your expectations. Regarding the issues you mentioned: Air Conditioning Failure & Leakage: We apologize for the discomfort caused by the AC not functioning properly and for the leakage incident. This is clearly not the standard we aim to provide, and we will ensure our engineering team reviews and improves both repair procedures and preventive maintenance. Unprofessional Conduct: We are extremely concerned about the engineer entering your room with shoes on. This is unacceptable, and we will address this matter immediately with our staff to ensure proper hygiene and respect for guest privacy. Breakfast Quality & Selection: We regret that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the variety and quality of food have been shared with our F&B team to ensure immediate improvements. We truly understand how disappointing this experience must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
