I stayed at Mercure hotel London Heathrow on September '22. From the moment I stepped in i felt very welcomed, receptionist Alexis was very nice and friendly to me, the room i had was nice and clean and i didn't hear any noises from outside. I highly recommend this hotel and looking fwd to stay there again. J.

Where to even start?! *Beds - The worst we have ever slept on and caused our backs to be so sore for days on end. *Room - Tired, battered and freezing!! It might have been September but it was so cold! The AC wasn’t on so no idea how it was that cold! In the end we had to put the heating on but I still had to sleep under the covers and it didn’t warm up much despite the thermostat saying 30! I call BS! We could also hear people several rooms away and they talked all night! *Staff - Friendly - However when we asked them to book us a taxi, they booked us an unlicensed one, so when there were roadworks to T3 the taxi wasn’t able to drive in the bus lane, this meant a 12 minute journey took 1 hour. Luckily we had left ourselves enough time really or we may have missed our flight. *Hotel Itself - It needs bulldozing and starting again! This is by far THE worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I feel sick thinking I have paid to stay there! We will never stay there again, even if someone paid me!

Hotel reception looked ok & check in no problem. However our room on the ground floor was a very small double with little room to store luggage. The carpet was very stained & the bed was the worst I’ve slept in. The whole room needed refurbishment as did the rest of the decor leading to our room. Did not use bar or restaurant. Booked as an airport & parking deal but would not stay here again & not good value.

The Shower in bath room was not in good condition and showers some time very hot water or very cold water.

There was no toilet paper and other Soap, shampoos , when we checked in.I personally went down next morning to collect toilet paper from front desk. The shower is very old designed and doesn't work properly. Some time very hot or very cold.

I had difficulty finding the hotel as there is no Heathrow Shuttle bus serves the hotel. The taxi fare to the Airport (Terminal 5) was £25. The hotel was very busy as there was a coach party, also there was a wedding party.
