Attended meeting and stayed for a night.Nice and clean room. Surprisingly, it was a value for money. Only comments , room needs some refurbishment. Breakfast was good and service was great . Staff was hospitable. Selection can be better . This is my second stay and meets my expectation..

Consider committing a crime that carries a custodial sentence the same length as your proposed stay before booking.

Exterior: nothing says prepare yourself for relaxing and quality filled stay than a pile of used mattresses in the car park Room: interior design by Sir Arthur “Bomber” Harris’ Dresden Collection with aromatherapy by The House of Lambert and Butler. Smoking was banned in hotels in 2007 which is probably when the room was last refurbished. Food: staff only interested in promoting the fix price buffet. Foolishly ordered from the “a la carte” menu. Half the food didn’t arrive. After complaining the sides arrived with more salt than a Siberian convicts instep. Staff: prepare to apologise for interrupting their shifts by existing. Overall: find a hole, sit in it and keep yourself warm by burning the cash you would have wasted on this shambles.

Good location for airport. Facilities good. Staff polite and efficient.

Overnight stay before early T5 flight so all boxes ticked re convenience. Staff were efficient and polite; restaurant food good; bar ok; room comfy. Car parking additional cost but there appeared plenty of it although the car parks could do with a tidy as they are currently storing old mattresses and furniture, all in all would use again

British Airways directed me to this hotel as my flight had been cancelled and the next available flight was two days later.B.A. described the hotel as a "premium hotel" It was bleak and in a run down location .Requires significant refurbishment. My "premium hotel"room was small and very tired. The bed was shoved against the wall. B.A. should be ashamed of themselves for working with this hotel.

Not great access to Heathrow Airport, rooms are dated and had a lot of staining, bathroom dated, hallways were in poor condition and the breakfast buffet was sub par. Car park did not feel very secure, loads of old mattresses piled up in the corner, so not sure how hygienic the place is. Gym looked very small and dated
