Relied on the brand name and the reviews and ended up booking the hotel for a 4 night stay. Am writing this review as I continue to stay here. Pros: Good central location Quick and easy checkin, polite staff both at the front office and the restaurant. Paid attention to my request for a quiet room and I was given a corner room. Cons: Stained upholstery on the lounger in the room. The electric kettle in the room is broken with no attempt to replace/repair it. The call bell has been non functional with no intention to repair it. The room does not have something as basic as a shoe shine and can be ordered on request. No hand towels, when requested was given two and when they got used in two days, there was no attempt to replace them with newer ones. The internet did not work except the day on the checkin. When asked later they asked me to switch from using the room number to some other number. The bottle holder in the bathroom is broken and no attempt to repair/replace them. The taste of the food is average to below average. There is nothing to write about food but is not value for money at that cost. Requesting for Roti etc in a buffet can lead to a 10 minute wait in a sparsely occupied restaurant. You can continue to struggle to find a dessert spoon for minutes. Entered the restaurant at 10:55PM and saw a few guests eating. I requested for a-la-carte and was discouraged by the staff that they were closing at 11:00PM and that I should consider ordering room service. They promised me that the food would be delivered promptly. When I reached the room and ordered for room service, I was given very few options to choose from. I settled for a veg biryani which was promised to be ready in about 25 minutes. I had to wait a good 40 minutes and call only after which the biryani arrived. At 880 bucks for a veg biryani, it did not do justice with the taste. I was requesting to place an order for a dessert alongside the biryani but was hurriedly told off by the staff on the phone that I could order that later since they had a lot of dessert for later. My experience at Hyderabad Novotel has been pretty good/reasonable. However, this experience has ensured that there is no looking back at Novotel in the future.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und sehr sauber,auch die Personal sind sehr freundlich. Eine erstaunliche Aussicht an Terrasse.sehr angenehm. Die Preise an Bar sind ein bisschen etwas teuer..ansonsten alles gut..ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen..

Moderne Zimmer modernes Bad ! Angenehm und zum wohl fühlen aber es dürfte etwas sauberer sein. Schönes Restaurant mit offener Küche. Das Buffet war schön präsentiert! Wir wollten zum Dinner im Restaurant. Wir bestellten einen Wein zum Essen der auf dem Menü angeboten wurde. Seltsamerweise durften wir laut Manager den Wein nicht am Tisch im Restaurant konsumieren. Wir sollten im Separée an einem Tisch der für 20 Personen gedacht war unser Abendessen mit Wein einnehmen. Eine Begründung für dieses seltsame Verhalten haben wir nicht erhalten. Wir haben daraufhin entschieden in ein anderes Restaurant zu gehen.

Hôtel correct dans l’ensemble pour un séjour de courte durée. Les chambres sont confortables et correctement équipées. En revanche, petit déjeuner moyen et buffet souvent mal réapprovisionné malgré un personnel attentionné. Piscine sur le toit très agréable.
