The rooms are excellent. Spacious and cool. My children loved the lighting arrangements. The breakfast buffet spread was exactly what we needed. It had a good variety and the best part was the confectionaries.

Not a great stay

I stayed in other Accor brands, but never faced such an uncomfortable stay. first of all, being an ALL member, I wasn't welcomed and also not given the complimentary drinks voucher which I was entitled to, until I asked. Next, the room had no supplies, and had to ask one by one for all need, and that too was not given in desired quantity. It felt embarrassing to ask for the needs in room in more numbers. For the F&B, the menu selection was not not planned at all. All the spread in breakfast was either South Indian or continental. there were no common dishes that people travelling from other regions could feed on. The desert for dinner had pathetic selection too. No cold deserts at all like Ice creams which are by default a spread in any buffets these days. Even the common toilet on the floor of restaurant was not cleaned well and had hell lot of mosquitoes. It's a very risky state if hygiene and also risk of infections through mosquitoes. I stayed recently in Novotel Goa and stay was memorable. But, this stay was memorable in a negative sense.

Good Location, Neat Clean spacious Room.Friendly front desk and Staffs, particularly the entrance gate Securities who was very cordial. Dinner was very delicious and spread was excellent. Enjoyed Stay. Delicuous Dinner.

there were mosquitoes in restroom. parking structure is not great thermostat still analog model, it is taking long time to cool compact room ,TV hd box .was not working well. list goes on .......................
