Having checked out early but subsequently missing my flight and needing somewhere to stay immediately until the next available departure Mr Sabry Al Bittar accommodated me. First Class Thank you

Booked from Acor at that time it's mentioned Breakfast included but when I came to checkin then it's not available, very dissatisfied, Room Good, all clean but, less facilities, no toothpaste, no coffee, tea packets, in the room, even 1 towel for both people is not good

I was a guest here for almost 8 months due to work , it became a home from home with a wonderful friendly and helpful staff, Breakfasts was fantastic , and bricks bar was alway welcoming, the front of house staff organised taxis excursions and any thing I needed the world famous dragon mart market is directly across the road and is truly an experience, I will return for the hospitality.
