This is certainly not the standard of cleanliness or comfort that we aim to provide. Please accept our sincere apologies for the black mould found in the cupboard and near the air‑conditioning vents, as well as the cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. These matters are taken very seriously, and we have already scheduled a thorough inspection, deep cleaning, and pest‑control treatment to ensure this does not happen again. We’re also sorry about the missing door racks in the bar fridge. Our maintenance team has been informed and will be addressing this immediately. Your comfort is important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention so we can improve. We would value the opportunity to make this right.
