This hotel always on my list whenever i visit jogja. Unfortunately this opportunity only stay for 1 night. 1 day before arrival duty manager(ayi) contacted me thru whats app to make sure i get everything i need as a platinum member. Such as eary check in and room upgraded. Thats a nice touch. Its not a new hotel but its well maintained i can say. Mr zhemmy help me thru check in. Nice guy. Talk much with him about his hoteliers journey start from pullman jakarta. Goodluck to you in future and see you when i see you. For the room i have no complain except it might be tricky not to make the bathroom wet during shower since it has no boundaries with toilet. Room was spacious. Ac was cold.. By the way this hotel is one area with ibis yogja,so if its full booked,it might challenges to find parking. They have swimming pool. During breakfast its really chaos since i can understand it was holidays and weekend. Staff are really busy. I dont even get my platinum compliments. But thats understandable. Thats my reviews for this stay. Help me to recognized this beautiful peoples that i get a chance to meet. Rara at restaurants and zhemmy. Thankyou grand mercure jogja
