The location is neat The slaughterhouse so the smell outside is awful but the AC doesn't work so you sleep and suffocate. No minibar, no cups, no bathroom kits though it is a 4 star hotel. There is a water dispenser but you need to pay for a cup to pour water in. The receptionist refused to give a free cup or pour water. This is ridiculous. The breakfast was poor and tasteless. I don't know how ibis allows this hotel to function. Avoid! We left one night earlier than planned. Shame

The rooms are recently renovated and nice. However the hotel claims to be 4 stars, but lacks simple things like glasses for water in the room. Also no shampoo and conditioner - this is different to other Ibis hotels. No kettle. We got upgraded room and windows didn’t seem to close properly there
