The front desk ladies are irresponsible and due to their irresponsibility I had to face a lot of trouble, even they have nit extended my request and they said they did it . Next morning when I came to talk to reservation manager Me.Sakir he didn't even bother to come out and talk, his behaviour and way of talking was quite disappointing and not upto the hospitality industry. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone

Full of smiles and willing to help. That's the staff Rofiquil at the breakfast area was so kind and hospitable. Similarly fardin at the reception,again full of helping attitude. Very happy to stay here. Solo traveller and very touristy person that I am. I have come on a culinary trip to gauhati with a Michelin chef. Our program starts tomorrow. My son told me stay in Novotel for your personal work like temple visits and sightseeing. I am grateful I checked in here.

Amazing service by the staff at restaurant by Dimpy,Khainbor,reshma,rakesh. It was really good to see the staff with such a warm smile and their swiftness with the service.Rooms are also very clean and the house keeping staff is also very helpful.I have visited novotel properties before as well but here at gauhati it's was a good stay I can say.

I recently stayed at Novotel and had an amazing experience! The hospitality was top-notch from the moment I walked in. The staff made me feel truly welcomed and comfortable. A special shoutout to Reshma and Jatin (in Restaurant), who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. They were always attentive, friendly, and quick to help with any requests I had. Thanks to them, my time at Novotel was unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for great service and a wonderful atmosphere!
