I had an amazing stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road from 3rd Feb to 9th Feb for my cousin's wedding. . The hotel is incredibly clean, comfortable, and truly makes you feel like home. A huge shout-out to Housekeeping - Ranik—you’re amazing for keeping everything spotless and should be promoted to the next level! Also, thanks to the Personal Trainer (apologies, I didn’t catch your name) for the guidance, and the tall girl at The Square who served me every morning at breakfast (I didn’t catch your name) for making my mornings extra pleasant. The service and ambiance were exceptional—I highly recommend this hotel!

The property is small in size in comparison with other novotel or similar brand hotels. The lobby was too small and only 2 ppl were there at the reception to handle guests. The room was decent but certainly not matching the price and also a smart tv should be there its 2026.
