Check in friendly, security check completely useless and just fake, rooms ok but not in good shape ( used, cleanliness) restaurant terrible, bar dark and not pleasant. Breakfast was very nice though

I've stayed at Accor properties like Sofitel, Mercure outside India and I booked this hotel with those experiences in mind. Check in was satisfactory - no welcome drink. The room itself was adequate. But there were no bathroom slippers, milk powder sachets were torn open, there was no coffee either. These were remedied with a call to housekeeping. The room phone was defective and had to be replaced later. No smart TV, which in this day and age, frankly, is simply unbelievable. But I did connect my laptop to the TV using the HDMI cable. Buffet dinner was really good though. Large variety, with special mention for the Khaosuey which was really well made. Buffet breakfast was chaotic and I had to wait 15 minutes for my order of eggs and coffee. Variety too was lacking. Breakfast at Taj Vivanta a couple of kilometers away is far superior. Upon checking out, I asked if an airport drop could be arranged. The female at reception simply said that it wasn't. I saw a couple of hotel cabs later on my way to the airport. I guess they didn't have spare cabs available or whatever. An explanation would have been nice. The housekeeping staff were really nice. In fact, one of the gentlemen from the team who brought me extra water spoke better English than some of the people at reception. All in all, this is a decent hotel and it's location served my needs on this trip. And it was the first time I've ever booked directly with the hotel via the accor website. I usually use MMT, Agoda etc. An underwhelming experience frankly, compared to other Accor properties I've been to. Lots of improvement needed especially regarding amenities in room, general disposition of certain front facing staff. Would I return? Maybe. Maybe not.

Had a pleasant stay .. front security Debojit was very helpful… food was good.. clean rooms.. good service.. …..room service was good n on time… over all had a very pleasant stay …had fun. The restaurant opposite to the hotel building was good … very tasty food… cool atmosphere… good cocktails
