I recently had an absolutely amazing time at Novotel Guwahati. The room was very spacious and spotless, with great decor and well furnished, clean bedsheets and towels. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive, welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable. I didn't face any issues during my stay there.

I had a wonderful stay at novotel guwahati fir 4 Days . The experience was excellent, with special mention to the cleaning at the room .the staff were Verry helpful specially Mr Happy kumar he was very helpful and making my stay even more enjoyable. And also team from housekeeping team because. The room was chen and hygiene could replacenish toiletries and towels more frequently. While the room was clean. They dud an outstanding job of keemy room clean and tidy .The overall environment was peaceful and maintained.

Our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Staff was engaging and professional. We appreciate the dining staff and chefs. The food was sumptuous and top quality. Breakfast spread and bakery section was diverse and well crafted. House keeping kept the room squeaky clean. Overall our stay was relaxing and memorable.

We are coming from Australia. When we went to check in it was really great hospitality from the Front desk people. They are very creative and probation. Especially from the Front desk Mr DHRUBA. He is the only one to Help us because for me this is the new city . Dhruba booked tickets for kamakhya Darshana. He booked a car,and everything... We will visit soon.

the check in was confused the check out was more confused the staff made errors and then laughed about it the billing did not match the booking the restaurant wished to charge for breakfast when it was included the elevator did not work the serving staff forgot the coffee order and the whole hotel ran out of diet coke

Restaurant and in-room dining lapses, including missed coffee and breakfast orders, and the incorrect attempt to charge for an included breakfast. Elevator malfunction and other operational shortcomings during your stay. Staff behavior, including errors and unprofessional conduct, which is unacceptable. Cleanliness issues, as well as the absence of expected welcome amenities and drinks. Stock unavailability, such as Diet Coke, which further affected your experience. Please rest assured that your feedback has been escalated to our management and operations teams. We are taking immediate corrective actions to address service gaps, improve staff training, and ensure operational consistency so that such lapses do not recur. We deeply regret that your stay was impacted on multiple fronts, and we understand how disappointing this must have been.
