The service offered by the staff was par excellence. Special shout outs to Sanjoy and Resu for their excellent services. The food was top notch and the ambience excellent. Only disturbance was a party who were way too loud. Looks like they have no sense of fine dining experience. No fault of the staff though, just blame it on the poor grooming of the 'noisy party.'

this is my 10th stay with NOVOTEL GUWAHATI GS Road. Past two times the stay in the room had been very disturbing. the room had mosquitos, and this is so much astonishing for A. Brand Like Novotel Hotel to have the Pest control not taken up or even checked by the housekeeping team. Due to this the sleep was very disturbing. Past two times I had been informing this at the reception and the only solution they have provided is with A. mosquito liquid machine along with an apology. this time i particularly wanted to speak to the General Manager and that was not initiated and instead again an apology along with A. mosquito liquid machine. the bathing area curtain was having so much dirt and fungal marks. the bed side lamp was there on either side but only one of them was working.

Good room neat and clean just need to work at restaurant staff not very active and quick passes work to each other and then no one shows up and you need to look for someone else but at reception check in n check out was easy and nicely handle so was the watchman and house keeping so overall a good stay
