I would like to sincerely appreciate the housekeeping team for their excellent service during our stay. The room was always kept very clean, neat, and well maintained. Bedsheets and towels were changed regularly, and all amenities were properly arranged every day. The housekeeping staff was very polite, hardworking, and cooperative. They responded quickly whenever we needed anything and always greeted us providing service with a smile. Because of their efforts, our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Thank you so much MR. Happy kumar and housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Keep up the great work!

I would like to give positive feedback for Biudul Das and Happy kumar from the housekeeping team. They are doing there work very well and consistently provides excellent room service. They are attentive, polite, and ensures the room is clean and comfortable at all times. There’s dedication and professionalism truly make a difference.

I visited the 188 DT restaurant for the first time. First of all i enjoy the food, drinks and ambience of the restaurant. Ms Jessica suggested and made me nice cocktails. Also Ms Valentina, Mr Achinta and Mr Subhajit provided me with excellent service. Everything was according to my expectation 👌👌
